Staff are Really Friendly, Professional & Interact Conversationly on a Friendly level...Like How was your Day? Have You got much shopping left to do.More than happy to point you in the right direction of a particular store that’s may sell what your looking for that they either have but have sold out or don’t sell but know where you can get it.The Support given for Surrounding Stores is Refreshing.Well Done, Reject Shop, Beenleigh, Logan Central & Hyperdome.

Have been to a few reject shops in and around Brisbane aswell as interstate and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The so called store manager here was arrogant and needs to learn some customer service and table manners. The way he talked his young staffer was totally unwarranted. Especially in front of customers. He needs retraining???

So I walked into the Reject shop on the 16 Oct at 12:07 pm to buy batteries and I was served by Troy who proceeded to lecture me on American politics and the President which is no acceptable behaviour as I didn't purchase a lecture, if this continues next time I will pull my phone out and record him and post on Facebook for the world to see, Troy is entitled to his opinion but he can keep that to himself while serving customers, his behaviour was unacceptable fo customer service, he has no right to tell me what I can and cannot wear.

Had the most lovely experience with Jacinta from Beenleigh store today. I called regarding a faulty item and she went out of her way trying to help source it. She was very friendly & accommodating over the phone and was very pleasant to deal with.

Just popped in to get a few things. As I had time on my hands I had a leisurely walk around the store, picking up what I needed and having a look at what was in store. I also picked up a couple of other things that weren't on my list, but as they were cheap,i thought, why not :)No interaction with staff, but in the past they have been very helpful in showing me where I needed to go.
