YASS VALLEY BAKERY - We been running a small family bakery business and recently came across a company call Suprima Bakeries. We were looking for products that could be easily acquired and used in our bakery lines. We made contact with Suprima Bakeries and were immediately corresponding with their technical sales representative.We have only known our representative for a very short time, he has been a wealth of information and advice with technical and practical knowledge in his field. He has helped myself and staff with issues and has also gone the extra mile to assist us.We now hold our sales rep as a true friend and a professional sales rep, we hope we have many more years ordering great products from Suprima Bakeries. The best service I have ever received from a supplier! I was nervous about baking bread from scratch, but Mark made it so easy by coming in and training me and my staff. Marks support and enthusiasm for our business was evident when he came back again on our opening morning to help us bake for our very first customers. Suprima Bakeries and their Technical Sales Representative have been very supportive in helping my business in many ways. The product is high quality and takes a lot of production time out of my day to focus on other aspects of my business. Great service and always there to lend a hand in how to achieve a consistent product. I was looking for a new line of products as an extension to our fresh baked bread, and couldn't have found better quality products than what Suprima offers. Not only did we receive fantastic products but we've also loved working with our local Suprima Representative Mark, who has made sure we've had a smooth transition into baking Suprima bread! We've had numerous customers complimenting the taste and presentation of our new products, and as a baker there is nothing better!
