Best diesel mechanic in Newcastle! Had an issue with my Ranger blowing smoke under power. Rob listened to what I told him and got straight to the bottom of the problem (two other mechanics just dismissed the problem). He even made sure I took the car away for a couple of weeks to drive it and make sure the issue was gone before he charged me. The bloke knows his stuff and genuinely wants to do right by his customers. He's a rare breed in that industry. Highly recommend!

Ok. Here is the news. Guy is easily Newcastle's most knowledgeable diesel expert. He has thousands of dollars worth of equipment and is good at what he does! Another review suggested he likes giving advice. However, think about that for a second. He is in business, and is constantly bombarded with non paying tinkerers to mechanics wanting to pick his brain for free. Want advice... I'd suggest turn up with a ctn of New. Customer Service skills of a man who doesn't need the business and victim of last resorts and lots of wasted time by others less knowledgeable. Could easily be described as the Diesel Nazi, but this guy really likes to solve and help. Just don't be tbat guy who wants to get your problem diagnosed and solved for free.

Gave my 2001 Ford Transit motorhome to Rosier Diesel at 105,000km with starting difficulties. He diagnosed new fuel injection pump and timing issues. Replaced fuel injection pump and tensioner, guide and crankshaft seal, but not the chain, as 'it didn't need it'. At 124,500km, complete engine failure caused by timing chain jumping links. Total new engine replacement required! What conclusion should I draw?

My 2005 Holden Rodeo wasn't running right, I took it to rosier diesel after being recommended by multiple people to them. Within a few hours my car had been fixed, it has never run this good. I highly recommend taking your car to Rosier diesel.

Had my td42 injectors reconditioned his service was not only quick but he took the time to explain everything as he wants to sort issues not cash grab i will be back for a injector pump freshen up in the future as maitinance highly recomend
