Frank and Bob did an amazing job replacing my 15 year old Gree 8.5kw Air Con with an upgraded Daikin 12.5 kw unit. They were courteous, professional and delivered on time and to budget. I highly recommend AFI and thank them for taking the time to set-up and explain how air cons work.

Our wall mounted unit stopped heating last Tuesday. I phoned Frank, he quoted me for the job and came on Thursday to replace the broken unit. His service and communication was impeccable and he left our office cleaner than he started. Couldn’t recommend him any more highly!!!

Amazing workmanship and work ethic. Could not be more please with Frank and his colleagues. They worked tirelessly all day to install our multi split system in a small heritage home with a few tricky installation challenges. From start to finish they were prompt, polite and professional. Frank and the AFI team were great in fitting a ducted A/C system as part of our kitchen renovation. He worked with and around the kitchen guys and was flexible and creative to make everything work. His pricing was very competitive as well. We will definitely be using AFI's services again.

Frank and the team installed a dual head split system into my apartment and aside from the workmanship being perfect, AFI were able to answer technical questions relating to my DA application and then followed the installation requirements set out by council down to the centimetre!I recommend Frank to anyone without hesitation!

I had the best service experience from AFI air conditioning who were recommended by my neighbor (installed new aircon for her) and here is why.- prompt quote- polite follow up- arrived on time (few minutes early )- did more than I thought the quote covered (scrub cleaned the external unit and replaced all remote batteries)- efficient job with a professional attitude and a smileIf only all the other service providers could learn from them . I would recommend Frank to anyone looking for aircon Installation and service.
