A beautifully maintained open area next to the river with many shaded spots to sit and catch your breath. The one letdown is the water quality from the tap ok to refresh your pallet but not to have a mouth full. So time to find a Cafe for a iced drink.

There is only one thing i would say supervision of the younger children near the river in the picnic area other than that have a good day..

Just stopped for lunch. Toilets clean. Plenty of space to run around. Playground for kids. Friendly magpies.

Awesome,went looking for the platypus and saw the kingfisher again and also rakali the water rat with white tipped tail,always an adventure

Swap meet on Sunday,didn't seem as many sellers as previous, and the buying crowd weren't as large,light rain didn't help.
