Kwik Kopy Gosford

So we're just new here in Gosford and we were looking for a printing shop. We searched on google and we found Kwik Kopy. When we got there I asked the guy who were sitting on his desk if we could print some documents. He asked how many pages do we want and we said like 8 pages and he charged us with 22 aud! When we went to Nsw service the lady said we were overcharged. I can't believe someone would take advantage of us knowing that most people here in gosford are so nice and friendly.

On Friday night, the Sydney Roller Derby is holding their “Pride Fight” event on Friday night to celebrate their many queer players.But earlier, the Sydney CBD franchise of Kwik Kopy denied to print stacks of flyers on the basis of religious belief.Store owner Wing Khong wrote a email to organisers after they requesting the print job.“We are into our 40th year of business, and it’s always been our aim to provide a consistent level of service and reliability. Leo, I am unable to print this job for you,” Mr Khong wrote.“I am a Christian, and my faith requires me to obey what the Bible teaches. I hope you understand.”

Nicola and the team at Kwik Kopy Gosford are simply amazing. Every time we have used them, we required print runs that are super urgent, they have been up for the challenge on every occasion and they have always delivered. Wonderful experience with Kwik Kopy Gosford! Very friendly staff, Cassie in particular went above and beyond to assist with supplying a quote and was very patient and helpful whilst I was delayed by almost 1.5 months in having a separate graphic designer (not associated with Kwik Kopy) create my logo. I ended up creating the logo myself and when I came back to Cassie she remembered me straight away and was able to arrange a fast turnaround on the printing job for next day pick up!! Will definitely be back when I run out of stickers and business cards! Thank you Cassie & the team at Kwik Kopy!

I initially presented Jessica with a basic outlay for a business card, with a specific photo to be set as the background. She asked I pay in full on our first contact, I was charged as per quote assuming art time was 1 hourJessica e-mailed me saying my photo would be too blurry, and sent photos she thought better, but I insisted again on my original choice, and got my partner to send a jpeg and pdf of the completed artwork with instructions she need not change anything (still being charged for a full hour artwork mind you)..after wasting a week in this back and forth, Jessica sent the proof which had in fact been slightly changed and zoomed in, which I thought was ironic because zooming further pixilated the photo, which was her original concern. I felt like Jessicas only concern was me making a payment, almost $800, with little to no concern for my requests or customer satisfaction.Anyway I wasn't happy and I won't be going back.
