I recently had a problem with a bike that was not a brand that they stock, they did not hesitate to help me out and send the rear shock away that I had problems with.Great customer service. My husband asked to have a new tube and tyre put on my bike today and he was told “we can sell you one but we can’t put it on for you”. This shop is listed as a bike repair shop! Next the sales assistant tried to sell my husband an incorrect size tyre, even after the assistant saw the bike! Then my husband was sold the correct tyre with the wrong size inner tube!!!! We are going back tomorrow…hopefully this can be sorted out, however, I am really disappointed that the sales assistant cannot work out the correct tyre sizes even after seeing the bike as well as not matching the correct inner tube with a tyre we did buy!

I have recently moved to Hervey Bay and rang the guys to see if they could service my bike (not their brand) as it's been a while since I last rode (lots of dust). We booked the bike in and they did a few cable repairs, new tires and I couldn't happier. Friendly service and excellent pricing. They now have my business for sure. Highly recommended.

Adam at Giant Hervey Bay has been an inspiration for me. He's knowledgeable, courteous but above all trustworthy. Recently I bought a new Ebike and I have issues with my knees.
