I've been going to Meraki for almost 2 years now and am so happy with my hair and the service I receive each time. I started at Meraki with really damaged, dry hair and now my hair has grown so much and is the healthiest it's been in years. All of the ladies at the salon are so thorough, friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a relaxing environment, blonde experts or a really great salon experience I definitely recommend Meraki.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment on the day it was booked due to an emergency I really couldn't get out of. I understand you have a policy on your website however I feel charging a customer 100% (over $200) of the price for cancellation/a service they didnt is unreasonable. No one would intentionally cancel knowing they would loose that amount of money. I was a loyal customer too.

Tested positive for covid on the day of my hair appointment, contacted the salon to let them know I could not come in. Left a message as they were not open yet then I received a text message to say that I would have to pay 100% for the cancelled hair app. Very disappointed with the careless message I received and I will no longer be going back to the salon because of this.

Imogen coloured my hair this week & I absolutely love it. It's a little different to the shade I usually get so I was so pleased how well Imogen (& Kaylee) listened to my request. Such lovely girls too!

I started going to Meraki leas than a year ago . My hair is now in the best condition it has been in years. My blonde hair has gone from damaged to healthy in just over 6 months. The staff are lovely, I will be booking again.

6 yrs ago I actually won a voucher at our local school fete to Meraki. I turned up to use this voucher and I’ve been going every 2 weeks since. Their service here is outstanding. The girls here are always so welcoming and just beautiful lady’s and I love each and everyone of them. I highly recommend Meraki for your hair and beauty needs.

Such a lovely vibe. Best team work I've ever seen in a salon, they all work so well together to get your results as quickly as possible. Also most comfy basin seating ever. And of course the colour, cut and styling is amazing, esp for blondes

I recently had my hair done here and cant wait to go back. I went in with dry damaged strawberry blond hair ( hair was damaged by another salon) the hairdresser discussed my options with me and suggested the colour she felt would suit me best which i really appreciated. The girls were so lovely and okay for my baby to be there. I loved the results
