Wonderful service and workmanship. My autistic son who reluctantly changes his old clothes to new ones ( even though he grows out of them) cut his brand new United Benetons’ jacket literally in pieces. We were thinking of throwing it away but decided to try Tamara’s alterations first, just in case. Eugenia restored the jacket perfectly. The patches she put on the sleeves look like deliberately crafted design. Very happy with the work. Thank you.

Charged me $150 to have to bottom of my bridesmaid dress CUT to length - the rest of the bridal party paid $30 elsewhere. Absolutely ripped me off. Staff were extremely unfriendly and made it seem like I was a burden. Will not be going back.

This is review for Ballarat shopTerrible customer service .. staff are totally unfriendly..Alteration service is just an average but a bit priceyI will never go there againTry another alteration services in town.. some are quite good and affordable
