I went down spoke to Daniel he found the fault and pointed me in the right direction they were honest and professional from start to finish. I cant thank Daniel, Jesse and the team at GL Pro Sound enough for transforming the sound in my car to a whole other level. I will highly recommend GL Pro Sound to family & friends.

Absolutely outstanding service from these boys, went above and beyond to work a build out for my budget, planned it out, sent me heaps of info on why they recommended specific speakers and exactly how we would build customs boxes for the project.Not only that they were super quick with the job, and every join was flawless, looks amazing. Can’t recommend these guys enough I would never go anywhere else.

Daniel and Adam were really helpful with providing advice and organising my focal bomba20 sub - they've actually installed the products they sell so can detail benefits and what works in particular scenarios (I rang around extensively before ordering and many places had nil experience with this sub despite having it for sale).I felt advice was solid and objective, they weren't pushy for a sale and when I went to pick up the item Daniel talked me through some tuning options and offered for me to drop back in once I was set up to help check the sound - who else does that?I've given 5/5 due to the top notch customer service and I highly recommend GL ProSound.

My family love GL ProSound, we contacted them to upgrade the sound system in our VE Calais, and we were surprised with our quote and the recommendations that came with it. The level of customer service was second to none and GL ProSound gave us a better system than we originally wanted at a better price than we were quoted elsewhere for an inferior system because the people who sell these products also install them so they know they product and know what works, thanks Adam and GLProsound our system is brilliant. We recommend anyone looking to upgrade their system to give GL Prosound a call because as far as product, price, installation and end result goes there is no one better and you will be as happy as we are.

Purchased a Blackvue DR900X 2 CH from GL ProSound, Dan provided an upgrade, expedient delivery and goods received as advertised. Gave me a good price for a fitting too. Recommending my father-in-law to get one for them.

These guys have installed systems in 2 cars for me and I have found them to be professional and genuinely interested in good customer service. The installations have been discreet and have been very pleasing. The after sales service has also been very good with a tune-up offered to me to ensure that the sound is crisp and clean six months after everything has bedded in. Great work team.

Customer service is horrible.Initial install had to wait 3 hours after scheduled pickup time because of faults on their behalf. Blown faults ect.Chased up with sales team for tuning of speakers monthly(for 7 months) still no tune done. Was told parts would be installed to compete the initial job to what I wanted. After 7 months of dealing with sales finally get put onto the owner, now I'm told no refund will be issued in any way whatsoever because its been so long. Apparantly is my fault I havent complained enough.Sales does not corroborate anything I've said in the past.No record of previous complaints.No way to prove anything I have c9mpalined about has happened because of sales manager Adam"I look and feel like an idiot.Absoloutly do not go with these guys.CheapB.S. These guys are absolute professionals. Daniel, Jessy and Adam were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely over delivered on my custom installed car audio system. Would definitely recommend them.
