PromotionalALL have the best customer service I have ever experienced in merchandise making, coupled with an incredible quality of product. Every email I sent was replied to so quickly, I felt like I was really looked after and they were so patient with me when I was asking for different quotes to be mocked up. I would really recommend you to go with this brand, as I will be using them next time I need merchandise! Additionally - I was on a really tight deadline for my merch and the team worked really hard to get me my products before my deadline, which they did well beyond my expectations! Thank you!!

Very happy their service. Communication is on point, they have been friendly and kept us informed through the whole process. Our personalised wooden USBs look great and feel really nice too. Getting our logo uploaded and item ordering was an easy and hassle free experience. They even sped up our order so that we could have it earlier than quoted so that we would have it in time for an important client.
