PRP Diagnostic Imaging

I would strongly advise against attending PRP Wentworthville. They made a significant mistake in my test results and when the GP rang to check they just doubled down and said it was correct. It wasn't until another GP rang a week later than they actually looked and found they were wrong. Meanwhile I was freaking out about what they had incorrectly reported. They didn't even apologise, just twisting their words to make it seem like it was a misunderstanding. This all shows a level of arrogance you don't want in a situation where human error must be corrected if it cannot be avoided.Further to this, they charge above Medicare covered rates for the exact same tests as other places who bulk bill. I'd be willing to pay this if they were competent, but...Also, their accessible toilet is not accessible for someone on their own as the door is impossible to open unless you are mobile and very strong, it was such a heavy door. It was impossible to open in a wheelchair.

Hubby was going to Castle Hill for some scans, nothing available till 12 April, I booked anyway, was told just to fast 2 hours ahead and have plenty of water. Tried Westmead to see if they can do it sooner and got diverted to Cumberland. The lady on the phone was very thorough, went through exactly how much water needed an hour before scan etc etc. Asked about mobility access, she gave the exact information that I should go in front Dunmore St, and take lift to Level 1. Got there yesterday, all very smooth exactly as what the lady told me. The technician was Jack, a young man who has a smile all the time. Hubby was never that happy, he said Jack has great skin locating his vein for the injection, one poke and that's all. And he was very helpful and pleasant. Thank you team!

I was looked after by Dr Socrates, Lee Eric and Sharon. They were thorough, explained the procedures and most importantly were friendly and supportive. Every facility has the same machines but it is the people behind them which make the difference. You guys are the gold standard for Imaging and diagnostic professionals. You also are great ambassadors for your profession. Thank you for looking after me. Much appreciated.

I have been to PRP Westmead quite a few times and have rated their service as 5 star.Feels a bit odd to rate the same group of a different branch one star. Honestly, that's what PRP Wentworthville deserves.The staff are so rude, unprofessional and impolite. No surprises in that statement probably, as you can see that's what most reviewers have already stated.It is disappointing that despite feedback from several people about the rude staff, the owners choose to ignore them & look the other way, as nothing seems to have changed.The behavior of the guy at the X-ray was shocking. It was like he would literally beat up the elderly lady because she wasn't able to understand him.The overall experience is like a toxic workplace where the staff didn't seem to enjoy what they were doing but had no choice.Baffles me on how much of an inconsistency I see as a customer at two locations of the same group.I certainly don't recommend this place. Go to PRP Westmead if you have to.Unfortunately, they don't have all the equipment to do all tests as Wentworthville have.

All depends on their mood ppl who works at the reception. need reception staff basic training on customer service..with full of ego and attitude..need to understand people come with illnesses not for joy, little empathy would be helpful.. avoid if possible go to a different location.. not for me ever again

I was so nervous prior to my appointment but to my delight, I had such a lovely experience. Georgette maintained a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness and the facilities and desk staff were totally nicer than a lot of the bad reviews suggest.

I was anxious about my first mammogram today, being 41yo with dense breasts. But Kylie was lovely, put me at ease and was very efficient too. It didn't even hurt! I had such a pleasant experience with all the staff at this practice, I won't hesitate to have further imaging done here. Thanks Kylie, you were brilliant!

The old lady at the door was rude. I know a lot of businesses we’re trying to be covid free but the way she talk is abrupt and unfriendly. I went there to have my mammogram and I’m scared that’s why I asked my husband to come with me. Unfortunately, my husband wasn’t allowed in. I do understand the covid and infection control/protocols that the centre have in place but it’s probably her manners and how she interacted with us that is quite annoying. However, my ultrasound and mammogram procedure was great! I had a wonderful experience with the 2 lovely ladies (sorry I didn’t catch your names). They are very pleasant and friendly.
