Normally this review is a 5-Star review. BUT we came today at 5:45 PM to find the store closing. No signs anywhere informing us, just closing. We showed the employees the website AND Google on our phones saying 9:00 PM, with no explanation from them besides, we're closing soon." Please fix this!!"

Big enough within the suburb. Vegetables, Fruits are marked as I'm Perfect or not especially for Lemon and onions, it's our choice.Good thing is SELF Billing counters that accepts both card as well cash. Simply Superb and accurate, even if any hiccups we always have some supporting COLES EXECUTIVE to just get us through in no time. Simple, Quick & Awesome checkout...

The store is okay but has a lot of products missing compared to other Coles. Find store manager running around praising staff but not getting them to get products out. Would rather see the store manager encourage them in seeing productivity rather than praise.

Ordered a meat platter that was delivered with online delivery which was made in this store. Suppose to have 4 varieties with chicken, ham, salami, tomatoes, cheese , hommus, etc. what arrived was a platter of just ham and lettuce wraps. Nothing else. Have been trying to call for last 6 hours but they will not answer. Poor service !

A comparatively large Coles supermarket inside Nerang Mycentre. They have apparels too. Good bargains at just 5 dollars. Store layout is just bigger and quite similar to other Coles outlets. Product range is the same. Cashiers are fast and have many on a Sunday morning. Shopping centre has plenty of parking and other shops.

8 minutes to check an item incorrectly scanning at self - serve. Checked the item price myself twice. Incorrect. Attendants at self serve tried to argue the price so I showed them (trained) in the aisle myself.Will just go Woolies next time.

First visit to this store in over 10 years as I was in the area and needed a few last minute items for Christmas. Easily found what I was looking for and shelves appeared fully stocked which is not always the case at the moment. No parking problems but I was there before 8.30am so again, this may not be the norm.
