They close whenever they feel like, have only had wraps and no bread (in the afternoon. Not like they were about to close) and the one time I was actually able to get served it tasted like it had been sitting out for days and the worker was rude. Just go to one of the others that aren’t even a km away.

They normally do a serviceable job. I wish they'd clean the table they keep outside, it looks like it often gets forgotten about. The last time I was in there, I thought my order fell into a deal they had. Turns out it didn't, but when I asked, instead of explaining, they looked at me like I was crazy, looked at each other, and then said 'yea, it's when you have this, you've got that.' Rude... and then the kid shoves my sandwich across the counter like he was done with me. Just... wow. I'll still go because of its convenient location but still...

I work nearby and normally they are fine. The past 4-5 times I have tried to go there they have put a handwritten sign on the front door saying they'll be back in 30 minutes. I often go there for dinner (around 8 - 8:30) but they simply refuse to open even when staff are clearly there.

Went to this subway during lunch break with my son and daughter who work with me. We all ordered a footlong which was cut in half and wrapped. My daughter and I were charged $13 each. My son asked for exactly the same footlong except his 2 halves were wrapped individually and he was charged an extra $5 for it. They justified the fact that because he wanted them wrapped individually that he was charged as if they were 2 x 6 inches instead of the footlong. I asked them to rewrap it as one footlong and refund me his $5. Crooks.

Exceptionally slow service today.Asked for a toasted chicken bacon ranch. I later realised that it was not toasted or heated up at all. The chicken was very cold, bacon uncooked, cheese unmelted.Very poor.

Male sub way employee. Slaps sandwich together!! No love into a 18 dollar sandwich then slaps a sticker on it watched a female employee make the person's sandwich after mine. Looked ten times better.. leave him out the back to do prep only !! Unsatisfactory!! Review from a chef of 15 years experience!!
