Straight GARBAGE. Don't return calls, so they obviously want no business. Believe I've been waiting two months now? I'm done. I'll look up Kogan or a reputable company.*Edit*It seems my issues with not getting a call back, are to do with bloody Optus.My apologies to the business, I had no idea they were trying to contact me and get in touch.Spoke with Chris from Wagga who's a great guy, who was able to let me know what was happening.

Where do I start Belinda is absolutely amazing, her phone mannerism is second to none and made sure I had everything I needed before proceeding. Chris geez there are no words to describe this man he goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met!! I've ordered through the team at SWS & Wagga multiple times. From and xbox and TV then a PC and now a PS5 and headset everything is still in perfect condition and they will always call to make sure that the products are functioning and you're having no trouble at all. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a company in the appliance rental industry this is the team you want! I will certainly be going through them again!!

I couldn’t recommend rent the roo more than I already do I have now gotten serval products off them. I needed a phone washing machine and dryer ASAP and they worked with me to have all products to me in a quick manner. The team at rent the roo are amazing and polite and amazing to work with
