We ordered dining chairs online for warehouse pick up. We followed their instructions to pick up from their warehouse. We texted them 30 minutes before we arrived and got a SMS response that they are preparing our order. When we arrived before 4pm which is their official closing time, all the gates were shut and everyone was gone. They refused to take any action to deliver the chairs back to us.Horrible online shopping experience. You may wish to consider buying from this shop if there is definitely no other option in the market.

AFFORDABLE FURNITURE AND GREAT SERVICE!We are renovating and I have been searching for quality furniture with the luxury look and the affordable price.I was really impressed with the range of furniture they had here which was exactly what I wanted.The Hampton range is amazing. Public parking and public transport is readily available nearby.The service was exceptional and Kellie couldn't do enough to help with what I was looking for.Their range includes not only lounges, but dining tables, chairs, bench seats, buffets, futons and cabinets.I highly recommend taking a look for the quality and great prices.It's Covid safe, too!!!!Thanks Lounge Lovers!

Worst customer service experienced.No willingness to discuss or offer a solution for a safety issue with their furniture purchased in store. Disregard for standard consumer laws. Table has clear crack in the laminated timber and they are advising its a natural 'check'.

BUYERS BEWARE !!! FAULTY Linden Leather 3 Seat SofaWe purchased the sofa in good faith that it would be good quality based on the sofa displayed at the Brisbane showroom.The sofa was very well packaged, and it was to stay in storage at home in preparation for moving house in early December.After unpacking the sofa, we were very happy until trying to assemble it, this is when we noticed there might be something wrong with the framing/ structure as it was difficult to clip 2 of the 3 modules together.This was brought to Lounge Lovers attention immediately on the 14/12/2022. They had offered to send a 3rd party technician to inspect the sofa which unfortunately didn’t happen until the 09/01/2023 at 2:30pm. The technician was very helpful and explained after he had to remove the entire bottom of the new sofa to get access to the foundations that the frames were creaking because there was no glue added when being manufactured before they had screwed the framing together.The technician fixed what we thought the issue was for the module giving us these issues.Approximately 2 weeks ago about the 24/01/2023 we had noticed that the whole sofa now creaks.Every time we have try to make contact via phone there’s no answer for their customer service department and emails aren’t replied to for 3 or 4 business days, which just seems to be general correspondence with an offer of sending out another technician or no response at all.

What a lovely team of people to help you choose your furniture. A great selection of lounges, dinner tables, chairs, etc to choose from and all with very good quality. If you're after a nice sofa, don't waste your time, go straight to Lounge Lovers in the Valley. Thank you guys, it was a very pleasant experience get my new sofa and chairs from you :)

Friendly & attentive staff, with perfect sized furniture for an apartment too! Which isn’t quite the norm in many shops in Brissy. So happy to secure a dining setting right for our space in under 30 mins delivered! Perfect!

The company seems to have problems with their quality control. We spent over 2 K with them and received a bedside table that is worth $600 with paint damage, was offered $100 discount which I didn't take. Scheduled to replace the bedside table and the replacement had holes holes drilled in wrong places which makes it impossible to assemble. The customer service seems to be OK but I loose confidence in the quality of their product. Would highly recommend everyone who buys it to check everything prior unpacking as you risk to spend a lot of time assembling and disassembling everything and wasting your time..

Terrible Quality. It seems this place spend more on having a fancy showroom then on providing a quality product. Honestly not really any better than Fantastic Furniture.Solid Oak table split after a few months, no dowels have been used between the sections of timber when glued together as you'd expect from such an expensive table. They did replace the table top under warranty.Now, two years later the chairs are starting to fail and split. You'd expect this to be heirloom furniture, but it's just cheap imported stuff from Asia. The seat bases don't even line up with the back rests!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, and a decent range of furniture including plenty of sale/clearance items on the day I visited.The staff were great, especially considering they have been waiting weeks for the Aircon to be fixed and their workplace is like a furnace!

I think without question the worst possible customer support I have ever received.It is not normal or acceptable for a chair leg to break after 1 year and 3 months, and just standing behind your warranty of 1 year is quite frankly not good enough for a clear manufacturer flaw.Notably we live in a country with consumer rights and I just don't think Customer Support understands thatThis place isn't worth the risk.
