I would recommend buying a Modena built apartment to anyone. I bought an off the plan 2-bed apartment built by Modena in Peakhurst a couple of years back. Build quality was excellent, only very minor cosmetic defects which were fixed within a week or two. Fred is easy going and nice to deal with. I sold recently (for a tidy profit) to upgrade into a house in the area and a look at the other apartments in the market at the time showed me how high Modena's build quality was (and how bad some others were). I feel lucky to have chosen to buy from Modena. Thanks
