Ferrari formal was the first place I have been to try on wedding dresses and I didn’t really know what I wanted or where to start. Shannon was absolutely incredible and made my experience so special/fun and made me feel so comfortable and welcome from the second I walked in the door. She was not pushy for me to buy something then and there which I was nervous was going to happen. She spent way more time with me then my allocated appointment time and she really listened to what I did and didn’t want and I felt so comfortable telling her when I just didn’t like the dress at all which so was good because it meant we could just move onto the next. She didn’t tell me every dress was “beautiful on me” just in an effort to make me buy something (like I have been told some other people/stores do). If you are going to the store I couldn’t recommend Shannon highly enough, she is an absolute asset to Ferrari formal and such a lovely person! Thank you so much Shannon you honestly made me and my mums day !
