Where do we start? Room we stayed in is in need of an up update, vertical blinds broken In most rooms, was scared to use them in fear of breaking them more, floor lamps not working, rubbish was found stuffed in the cushions of the lounge and in the cupboards. Silicon in the bathrooms needs cleaning as it is deteriorating and mouldy, as is the black spot on the ceiling above the shower in bathroom. The rangehood needs a deep clean, you could smell the built up grease when you used it.The residents seem to be annoyed that holiday makers are staying in their" complex and tell kids to be quiet and go to bed at 8pm

Fantastic clean rooms but way too many stairs for older generations but there is lower Appartments with less stairs recommend this place very friendly

Great pool, very clean and tidy room, and Edward the host was very welcoming. We very much enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary Lake and would gladly stay again. Easy 5 min stroll to the beach and local cafe's.

We actually live here since 2020 and ever since our new managers started , the place is just amazing! Not only is the complex very well maintained, the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism the new managing couple radiate is just above and beyond. No job or question too big or too small. 5 plus stars from my husband and I. Nic

The room we had was not clean and was dated. We had secure parking and the pool and gardens were awesome.

A must to stay. The best place on the coast and close to Coolongatta Airport.Large swimming pool and spa. 2 BBQ. Tugun Club and Currumbin RSL 10 minutes drive away .

Nice apartment. But the spa and pool is open so it can’t be used in cold weather. The worst part was the free Wi-Fi which was really slow and kept disconnecting. Moreover, we had an outdoor dining set in place of a normal dining set. Not worth the price.

Just finished my stay here.Apartments were of a high standard and cleanliness with almost anything you could possibly need within (Fully furnished including kitchen equipment). Staff and permanent residents were friendly and the grounds/pool well kept.Edward was extremely kind and accommodating and allowed slightly longer use of the outdoor facilities while waiting for our flight home.Would recommend to anyone looking for great value for money!
