Crossing Inn

This is a wonderful historic hotel that has sadly not been honoured in renovation.The room we had was very expensive by Australian standards. It was clean newly upgraded and tastefully decorated.The gardens are old and the canopy forms a beautiful ambience with the fairy lights at night. The outdoor eating is relaxed but expensive with small portions. We had to order wedges to fill us up after our meal.A lovely place in the Kimberly albeit expensive and poor value for money.

Although we didn't stay here next t time we probably will. Came though 34 years lots of change nice gardens etc

Great quiet spot. Cheap rates for unpowered site and the staff were so very nice. The restaurant had great food as well. Well deserved 5 stars.

Our room was 195.00 It was dirty. Small. T.V.Didnt work. Smoke alarm removed. Then the sewerage blocked up....however very pleasant surroundings. Restaurant great.

Honestly the best food ever! 5 star. Very good chef and we table of 4 ordered different dishes and we All were very happy with it. Food in Crossing inn made out trip to Fitzroy. Thanks guys

Did not stay by arriving i tried to find reception, it was a descusting looking bar with a lot of drunken guys. The room at $237.00 a night not up to standert what they advertise in brochure or on the web. The Toilette shower area is terrible, the pillow cases stained.I booked a room in this place because it’s website says it has a bar and restaurant 7 days a week during peak season. No mention of it at check in. Apparently the only place open for dinner is the Fitzroy River Lodge. I stayed there for the night. The manager said we doing a lot of work to the place...where exactly do not recommend this place I hope I get my money back

Clean and safe. Friendly staff. Restaurant looked nice but didn’t dine. Pub became a nightclub later on. Didn’t cause us any discomfort.

Awful food, unimaginative, badly cooked. Yesterday I had grilled chicken so tough it was a chore to chew it, and packet sauce to accompany it. the drinks menu is rubbish. The worst wine, in those tiny plastic bottles.. I went there, reluctantly, as I haven’t really enjoyed my food there in previous occasions. Lovely deck and garden.
