I inevitably compare it to Wodonga next door, but in terms of the variety and number of books, parking, events and everything else, I think Wodonga is very much more citizen-friendly. Wodonga in particular is more extensive. Unfortunately, I can't borrow books from the annual Reading Challenge NSW even if I wanted to. There are fewer children in schools doing that challenge. This could be because there are too few books available to borrow from the library, or because schools don't offer time to borrow books. There is also not enough parking, and in Wodonga you can park for three hours, but here you can only park for one hour. Shouldn't there be an iconic library with parking in a bigger place, for example in Thurgoona?

GREAT BUT DEFICIENT Very good museum and friendly professional staff overall. Display and talks change often. Need more language books on demand or survey and some books not DVD. Runs study for schools Has great kids area and some food machines and cafes. Need upgrade on toilet and computer for disabled elderly to include dropdown table and extra hand grips. Same at least consider Covid well

I visited the LibraryMuseum to see one of their exhibitions, ‘Courage to Care’. It was great! Everything was laid out nicely, and the exhibition was informative and captivating. I also had a gander at their other exhibits and was equally impressed. The actual library is very nice, also. I didn’t use them, but the facilities were numerous; very tidy and up to date. Plenty of space for reading and researching!

Went there yesterday and didn't know my way around the system. Great deal of help and patience portrayed by the staff. Absolutely delightful experience. Would highly recommend.

Impressive building. The content in the exhibitions was fabulous. The collection of wedding dresses in the Bowerbird to Bride was stunning. However the creator of the exhibition thought there was no need to have information near each dress or a key to information about each dress. Plus there was very loud music which made it impossible to hear the video. I know it was the designer not the museum but I urge the museum to not allow that for future exhibitions.
