We saw a mobility scooter online and visited Gilani Engineering yesterday to try it out for our daughter. The service we received from Raj was excellent, he really cared about getting the right fit for her so she’d be comfortable on the scooter. The one we’d seen online wasn’t suitable as she was too tall but the alternative was ideal, we weren’t rushed in our decision and Raj gave us all the information we needed on folding, storing and flying with the scooter. The scooter itself is much more robust than others she’d tried yet lighter and ridiculously easy to fold! It’s easy to drive it and handle it while folded. I can’t recommend Gilani enough!

BEWARE!! Should have read the reviews before taking 2 of my cars here for modifications. Workmanship and parts used are appalling, both cars have been back there as neither of them function correctly. Their response was that they would just remove the dual control and give me my money back, after spending thousands in mechanical repairs. And having components ripped out of my car and pieces of carpet cut and left bare. Total botch. Bullies and terrible communication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Any reply they post here will be just more lies!

I strongly recommend Gilani Engineering and their services.We reached out in time of dire need to hire a wheelchair for my elderly mother. The receptionist, lovely lady, was very helpful providing answers to the many questions as well as honouring the deal.Later we went through the process of purchasing the chair with major adjustments for Mum. The technicians and engineers were happy to accommodate all adjustments whilst including Mum as part of the design.Since, we have called on twice to repair, nursing home neglect, and further adjustment to the wheelchair. Both times they promptly went to the nursing home within hours of call. I cannot fault this company; you gain the sense that the Team at Gillani actually works as a Team and as a Gillani working family. They are honest people who showed compassion to our vulnerable community.I cannot thank them enough. Rose

Purchased Falcon wheelchair today. Best experience. The guys there were very helpful. Spoke to Raj first. He was excellent. Explaining everthing about these wheelchairs. How they worked and which was most suitable. Manager was great and very helpful too. Quality of wheelchair fantastic. Wheelchair ready to go in 1/2 hour. One happy and smiling customer. Do not hesitate to go and see these guys as there are many wheelchairs to choose from.You will not be disappointed.

Words cannot even begin to express how extremely happy myself and most importantly, my Mum is with the Tilt/Reclining Wheelchair I just purchased. The Customer Service at Gilani Engineering is EXCEPTIONAL. I ordered this Wheelchair online, received a phone call from the owner advising he will build the Wheelchair and have it couriered to Canberra the following day. True to his word, the Wheelchair arrived, I was shown how to work it all and the Courier Man was very Professional and Kind.The last 6 months have been really tough and to receive the phone call from the owner has given me faith in humanity again. I would strongly recommend if you need any mobility products, please contact Gilani Engineering. You will not be disappointed. 100% AMAZING. Very very HAPPY customer.
