Rynamic Industries - Roller Shutter Manufacturer/Wholesaler

Purchased roller shutter and quick delivery but after install it would not work properly. Emailed for assistance/ advice as shown on their web site. 20 working days later not even an acknowledgement and certainly no assistance. Got their $1300 and no after sales service.Never buy from them again.

Recently I was quoted from a roller shutter operator for supply only of some parts after my roller shutter was damaged. I was quoted exuberant supply only costs. I approached Hayden at the Rynamic Industries at Salisbury for similar without devulging my previous bad experience with another operator. I was pleasantly surprised by his offer and exceptional customer service skills. He was obviously proud of the company inviting me to view the company manufacturing process.I certainly recommend anyone in the market to consider Rynanic following a first class customer service experience.
