Purchased a 10 pack of laser hair removal and was told I had 3 years to use, which I’ve now found out was wrong and my voucher is about to expire and because of their “new system” they can’t extend it, I now have 6 weeks to use 10 sessions which for laser removal is useless! Basically a waste of money, won’t ever use these guys again.

thank you to the staff and nurses of laser clinics, I have to been several clinics and the nurses here make you feel so comfortable I was extremely nervous to get injectables I cannot be more happier with the results and extremely natural thank you Steph and Cody :)

Pretty disappointed with my experience getting a facial at LCA Carindale. I waited for 15 min for a 10 min facial (if that). The consult beforehand was more thorough aimed to mostly see what products I could be sold which is standard. There was no enjoyment or relaxation to it with full lights on, no music, nothing. It felt like I was in a doctors surgery. My therapist left the room a few times during my 10 min facial, once to check the front. I understand it was a discounted treatment included in the sale, but it was very rushed, careless and unprofessional. I paid $50 (valued at $100 supposedly) but it wasn’t even worth that! I could have saved $50 and given myself a double cleanse and chucked on some moisturiser at home. I won’t be returning. Unfortunately buying a sale treatment means you get what you pay for.

Paid $70 for an LED, appointment was 25 minutes late, then was taken in the room by a lady not in uniform? She told me to lay down in the bed and turned on the LED machine - no cleansing was done prior.At the completion of the LED she finished me up - no moisturiser or SPF. I then requested some moisturiser and they were all empty so she put some serum on my face.Service was not great and I felt like the treatment was rushed. I have always had my faces cleansed before the LED and didn’t appreciate paying full price for just 15 minutes of a rushed treatment.

I’ve been going to Laser Clinics Carindale since 2020 and the service has got progressively worse everytime. I’ve had a different person nearly every time despite asking for the same person repeatedly. Each person clearly has a different way of doing things, so that speaks to the level of training they have. I can’t say all the ladies there were bad because I had a few good staff members. There was one girl in particular who has been rude on multiple occasions where I’ve chosen to bite my tongue. On one occasion, I had her accuse me of wearing fake tan because my face was lighter than my body, then scrape an alcohol wipe back and forth on my bikini line to the point where it was red raw and to try and prove a point which couldn’t be made (Clearly my face just doesn’t tan!!!). On another occasion where I had the slightest residue of fake tan left over, she did the same thing and kept saying “yeah I’ll have to put a note on your file because you keep coming in with tan on. We can’t treat you with tan on”. That’s completely understandable, but what isn’t is the way she handled it, especially it being the first time having tan reside still on my skin. I’ve also noticed that some technicians are more thorough than others. Some have spent 1 minute max doing the whole Brazilian area and my hair growing back much quicker than other sessions where other technicians have taking proper care and time to fully do the area. I’ve also been booked into different rooms with different machines despite having been treated in the same one for over a year, and being told “yeah it’s fine it’s the same machine”. Then the next appointment they’ve moved me back and told me it isn’t the same machine. I know multiple friends who have been burnt by this clinic because of their lack of attention and care!!!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued going here for a while and kept reminding them which room I should be in, and was told on multiple occasions different things and continuously moved around at the downstairs clinic and then to the upstairs clinic and being told they can’t treat me because my skin tone is too dark and would need to be treated downstairs?!?! I’ve also had them reschedule me on multiple occasions without consulting with me prior and that brings me to todays rescheduling. 1 week out from my appointment and they texted me to tell me they had rescheduled me from 7:45pm to 8:50pm! Not even a call to discuss this with me. I couldn’t speak any more poorly of them. Invest your money elsewhere and go somewhere else!

I’ve had a few full body laser hair removal treatments here and I as a man,I was a bit hesitant at the beginning. But, the team here are just amazing, always making me feel so comfortable! There’s a reason I keep coming back, and the results are insane!!

Friendly and informative staff who care about your treatment outcomes. IPL hair removal treatment has been effective for me (with time, definitely need multiple treatments and make sure you follow the protocol they suggest). Great service, runs on time in general.
