Absolutely poor customer service from the lady who served me. Didn't acknowledge me when I was waiting, not even a smile as she served. I was told that the payment was declined, yet I hadn't even been told that it was ready to pay for or asked if I had finished ordering. I've always had good service until today super disappointed by the lady at the front.

waited for 30 minutes (from 8pm-8:30) for our food (we ordered online, paid online etc), went up and asked why the order was taking so long and apparently the app closes 45 minutes earlier than the store even though we ordered an hour before close. makes no sense & nothing happened and im sure it’s not the workers fault but it kinda made me very mad. the workers were very kind though. it’s more a fault with the app really

Was served by a bloke called Damien (only stating names because everyone deserves to know how great he is) and he was the most kindess and happy employee I've ever encountered at a fast food place. People need to be more like him, 100% made my experience there better! Will be coming back

Every time we go to purchase the Go Buckets, it's filled up half way! I'd love to put up a photo to show you.So disappointing that staff don't make the effort in reasonably filling the Go Buckets. I don't expect it to be an over flow but would you be happy with a half filled purchase? Get with it KFC!

We ordered the Family Feast , I can't explain how soggy the chicken was, we have to throw it all away, money wasted. Rather go to other food court restaurants. Avoid this KFC .

I was waiting in line for 30 minutes just for a raspberry freeze, which i understand because it was school rush but then to finally be served and told that all the freezes aren’t working was very disappointing. The employees looked like they actually hated working there and they didn’t apologise or anything. I think overall very rude behaviour and had no regard for their customers.

Surprisingly a very good KFC. Considering it's a good court one, even more surprising. Dined in during peak hour and the food was fresh and well prepared. I also appreciate the fact they check vaccination status here too for dining in (a lot of Gold Coast venues do not).

ordered a zingerbox during lunchrush, was a bit busy due to everyone trying to get some quick tucker. i noticed how professional the workers were, the young man on the till was very polite and helpful, and the girls packed together in cohesion. absolutely delightful, seriously, if your looking for good service this zinger of a restaurant is the place to be!

As I write this I'm now minute 10 of waiting for my popcorn chicken go bucket.The two young girls have spent the last 5 minutes talking about nonsensical stuff. I can physically see the components that are required to make my order. But yet it isn't being made.However all of the customers after me have been served, bigger and more complex meals.I came down here on my lunch break, hoping for food and if this takes any longer I'm going to have to go without.Get some staff that know what they are doing or rework your training. By far the worst KFC I've been to. Absolutely disgusted.
