The staff there are rude , and down grade you ...I got accused by the staff of stealing.I'm a very honest person and always pay for my items ...I would advise you to shop else where , unless you feel like being put down and treated like a criminal..

Overall a good shop with friendly staff however with I am disappointed at the mark up they have on children’s scripts. I purchased a script for my son at another local chemist which cost $9.95. I had the repeat filled and was charged $22.19 at Priceline Cessnock. Yes - I confirmed it was the same brand- ie not a generic one, same quantity, flavour etc ... yes it was the exact same medication however over double the price.When I spoke to the owner about this to make sure I was charged the correct amount he said it was and walked away. The cashier then said I had to pay for it as it was made up for me. Obviously I was going to buy it either way as my son needed it however I was shocked at the mark up they had on a product like this.

This is the worst customer service in Cessnock. Rang up to get Rat test through government scheme yes we have them just come in . Went in oh sorry we can sell you some . Wasting peoples time . No wonder it spreads . If I had covid this is the first place I would visit . Thanks for nothing .

The young male pharmacist ( sorry I for get his name ) is just awesome to deal with very kind and caring a real key member to your team , I’m battling cancer and have not been in for a while due to been unwell but when my wife goes in to get my meds he always has a kind message to pass on to me , he is certainly helping me thru this journey Regards Brett Nimmo

I went in the Cessnock Priceline with 2 scripts. When I picked them up I thought they looked a little above normal price. I enquired. The owner said that he charged the lowest and correct price referring me to the price he charged me last time.I said last time I was in a hurry and didn't have time to question it but this time I do. I rang my other pharmacy, and a completely independent phatmacy for a bit more validity to the results.What Priceline charged me 18.00 and $19.00 for, the pharmacies could do for $6.00 and $9.00.Do you really want to pay this man 3 times more than the 'reasonable' price ?Go to The Plaza Pharmacy, they did a much better price!

Was in a hurry and picking up prescriptions for both myself and my 80 year old Mum. I didn't realise that they had overcharged me for Mum's prescription not applying the pensioner concession although they have it on record. They charged me $21.95 rather than $6.50 for one medication. Looks like this might be a common experience according to other customers.
