Not friendly staff and never accepting Uber or BP reward discount.

Splashed petrol in both eyes this morning by accident filling a petrol can.Hurt like he'll didn't get any help from anyone yelled at my son go get some water from inside and was told to use the water outside so used the water from the water can.5 to 10 min o was standing there poring water on my eyes an still no help.Now I know it was my own fault but a bit of help would have been appreciated .

Rudest staff ever. Say good morning to them and they just continue talking amongst themselves. So thank you and they just continue talking amongst themselves. last time I will go back there.

Me and my partner got badly treated by a staff at BP Capalaba on the night of Sun 21 Feb. The staff on this shift was very discriminated. This is the second time that we got treated like this by the same person. He looked at my partner from head to toe, staring since he walked in to pay, doesn’t say hello or hi at all. Although we are Asian but he has no right to act like that toward customers. We just come to get petrol, pay and go home. That’s it!! My partner was very upset the way this guy act tonight. It’s unacceptable. He doesn’t have a service mind at all. It’s such a bad attitude to staring and looking at people like that. All I can say is very disappointed.

Rarely the cheapest or even close to it. Often the first to put their prices back up at the end" of the low cycle. Often faster by a day or two to out the 20-35 cents back on. But nice staff and easy layout to navigate."

Reading some of the reviews was somewhat unsettling. I understand how different everyone's experiences are between us. I have only had good service and the shop is always tidy. Staff have been nice and I've managed to catch the fuel price when it's low. In seeing other reviews, I think they are competetive aswell as having good clean petrol.

Once again my points have not been added and head office can see no transaction, even though I scanned my card. Waiting for the docket to show this but was fobbed off my Joel. What a disappointment

Worst service I've ever encountered from there. Sure it was late into the night I appreciate that.There is still no excuse to talk to customers the way the attendant did tonight.First refusing to actually look to see what tobacco was sold. Forcing me to choose an expensive one. Then treated me like dirt because I wanted to split the payment between cash and card to pay for it.I appreciate that late at night they don't expect to serve anyone but there still should be a bare minimum of customer service.

I don't complain much but the staff member tonight was the rudest ever. Was never acknowledged by the staff member as I entered while cleaning the pie cupboard and continued to do so so I called out thinking there was someone else to serve....'not at this time of the night' with a death stare he says slamming down the vacuum cleaner. Would not even give them a 1 star if I could.

I heard that yesterday (June 12/2019) for their promo this BP station was selling large plastic bottles of water to get 8 cents/litre discount on petrol. Nooooooo. Irresponsible and ignorant. I phoned BP head office and they said franchises do their own promotions. Please stop with the plastic and offer something [eco-friendly and healthy (not Mars bars)] instead!
