I bought two nut loaf tins as a Christmas present for my daughter (the tins are quite hard to find these days). The parcel arrived, very well packed, within about two days and they are excellent quality. The tracking emails that I received were also excellent. My daughter (in Victoria) has already used them, very successfully. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. I asked them a few questions via email and received an answer within the hour - on a weekend. All of my products arrived in excellent condition and in a timely manner. As an added bonus, for me, PurpleSpoilz is a local company - so I got to support local business. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others.

Mel did an absolutely fantastic job getting a wedding present ordered I Wednesday night in the mail by Thursday morning so that it could arrive in Brisbane on Friday via express post. Package was very well wrapped and cannot wait to give to the bride and groom!

I searched high and low for a firm that supplied the particular coffee press I wanted and finally found it online half a continent away at PurpleSpoilz. I was amazed at how quickly the item arrived. t I bought it online on a Sunday evening and it had arrived (in Brisbane) the following Friday. I was kept informed by email where the item was and when it would arrive. Fantastic professionalism!

Horrible customer service from Mel. Refund eventually given only after some very rude and unnecessary comments.*Edit* I informed them that I knew it said it was delivered but I have not received it and I have camera proof that it did not get delivered at the time it said it was. Mel proceeded to send me the signed proof of delivery which means nothing as no one is allowed to sign for it anyway which she said herself and argued back telling me to check again when I was 100% sure it was not delivered. All Mel needed to do was launch an investigation with Aus Post like she said she would and I would have been perfectly happy to do that and wait but no, she proceeded to argue and continue to explain the COVID situation in Melbourne that I obviously already know is happening. I should not have to do your job for you and go to AusPost myself to resolve this issue. You gave me a refund without even telling me or asking me if I wanted it and continued to be very rude when you finally did tell me. Also, I found the same item elsewhere for much cheaper so I suggest everyone to do some research and compare prices from other companies before they purchase from this company.Also, I can see that you don't take customer confidentiality seriously as you posted my tracking number for anyone to copy and paste into AusPost and find out where I live. I ordered a set of shakers, and the delivery was speedy but incorrect. I contacted Purple Spoilz and they immediately sent the correct items, which again arrived speedily. Very impressed with their level of customer focus.

I've ordered an item on ebay from them, it has a defect. They sent a replacement, 2 weeks ago...I didn't get it yet. Also they blocked me on ebay, so I can't text them or buy from them. Really bad behaviour.

I love that it's a local South Australian business and the fact that the click and collect point was a Movieland was a surprising buzz and a trip down memory lane.I couldn't leave with out buying some stand up comedy I'll tell ya that much.I did however need to email purple spoils to arrange pick up as it was simpler than postage and waiting for it..... Since I live in Adelaide myself.I used to love movie land when I was a kid. So nostalgic. Great customer service there too.I brought the chefs choice 1520 angle select and all I can say is I'm very happy with it and it's money well spent for someone who has a lot of knives to sharpen or for someone who needs razor sharp knifes all the time.Cheers Purple Spoils and I look forward to shopping with you again.
