Worst experience ever.First time had pain during eyelash extension removal. Sales are trying so hard to sell their other services by saying my skin looks bad so I need their service. I do facial regularly, my skin is not perfect but I don’t need ppl to educate me how to take care of my skin since I did not ask anything related to that, I was there to remove my fake eyelashes.

Too expensive and no value for money. Friendly staff but the staff is not experienced. The girl ended up damaging my skin while trying to pull out the waxing strips. If your staff is not experienced, you cannot be charging a premium price for a primary grade service. I will not go again and wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

I have had Pedicure with and without nail polished at Kot Nails a few times. The pedicure is excellent and the nail polish lasts very well. Best to make an appointment as Kot Nails is often busy. Chinese is mainly spoken. Little more expensive than they used to be. High quality work.

Overpriced, didnt even get a foot massage or leg. Nail polish extra $10. Staff not experienced. Would love to have given feed back but their english was limited. Very disappointed as store looked great.

Nasty and Expensive. Not much care around making sure it looks good, their focus is application of colour and charge.Had a sore on my finger, and she said she cant avoid touching it. They made my nails so thick and couldn’t evenly sand it back. Just a really weird experience..

Technicians were lovely, very gentle and thorough. Owner or owners daughter VERY LOUDLY standing over customers and staff with no mask on for hours. Unnecessary and off putting. No need for this. Constant loud talking, ruined the relaxing pampering experience and in turn the services took a long time.

Not a good experience. After getting quoted $35 for a shellac colour change, I was actually charged $45 because I picked a special colour." Not at all special. Was just a dark orange. Also

It was very overpriced for a nail extension but for an sns it was so cheap. I asked for a gel extension with a french nail design and they had to cost over 100 for just a painting nail design. I wanted to add a bow for the design style and they had to make it more expensive in the end they asked if i wanted a cheaper version and i said yes but there was no differences. It was around near 180 for a simple nail style. Dont recommend and their prices are too high
