My food was cold and the drive-thru girl needs to get some service manners, compared to Warrawong I would give Warrawong 5 stars at least they say how are you and have a great day.

Stopped by two weeks ago on a Sunday, Store manager was hands on working extremely hard. By far the best KFC we have had in a long time, Everything we ordered was fresh and finger licking good! Best KFC manager on the south coast! :)

This KFC branch has never got our order right. We first did a drive thru at KFC Unanderra and they failed to give us the bottled water that we ordered. It was too late to realise as we had already driven out and the queue to get back into the restaurant was very long. We’ve learned to check our orders since then and each time there was a thing or two missing from our order. There was one time we had to queue twice to the drive thru as the orders that were missing were a lot. Tonight was similar. We ordered 4 different shared meals and everything was packed in one paper bag. We were only able to do a quick check as the queue behind us was extremely long. When we got home, all the hot sides were missing and I wish there was an easier way to let them know instead of going back to make a complaint. Very disappointing.

We just got a bucket of original recipe. I have only ever had burgers from KFC in the last 5 plus years so now I am really wondering.... When did KFC original recipe become generic fried chicken?The breading was sparse and soggy with little to no flavour.KFC used to have fried chicken that stood apart from the rest, which is what made it successful.Once upon a time it would have a crisp, thick and firm coating, of which you could taste the 11 herbs and spices.Now sadly it seems you can get better at any family owned take away. If you are doing this to save money, I ask you to reconsider, especially with places like Chickos 5 minutes down the road. Disappointing.

Ordered an Original Tender Crunch Bowl, picked it up through drive through. Got home, took the lid off and was so annoyed there was no chicken or corn chips! I paid for a soggy slaw! Never again!

Used to be a great place to eat but has gone steadily gone down hill. The other day the traffic was up around the corner last the lights but they couldn't serve anyone because they had no buns. Access to the drive thru can be dangerous as there are three access points. Two on a main road and one back street.

Usually a decent kfc but tonight was absolutely disgraceful. Waited 30+ minutes for my food! Don't ever go inside and order your food
