Had a fantastic experience at Ara Hair. Chloe and Rene were fantastic and more than understanding. Rene went above and beyond helping me out with my 7 month old daughter. Such a beautiful salon, and left feeling amazing. Highly recommend and will be back.

Such a beautiful space filled with the most amazing lovely ladies. First time customer and very happy with the result (I am lightening my colour from black and was a bit nervous but all went super smooth and zero damage to my hair). From the second I walked into the salon, I was impressed. The salon is such a wonderful space to be in, the decor is fantastic and it just feels like a place where you should receive great service - and Ara hair meets those expectations, they don't miss!Everyone I've interacted with is so friendly and helpful.And then there's Maddi who I now only trust to do my hair!! From my first appointment she just understood what I wanted. Even if what I was saying didn't make sense, she heard me and turned my vision into a reality and gave me the perfect colour and tone that I wanted!It's been hard to find a stylist that I trust with getting my blonde hair the way I want it, but Maddi.... she just gets it! Perfection every time.I will never go anywhere else for my hair colour, cut and treatments. Love love love!! I recommend them to everyone looking for a new hair salon.

I’ve never been to a better, more understanding and high quality but affordable hairdresser! Maddi is absolutely amazing at her job, making sure everything is just how you want it. All staff are caring and cater to your every need. 100% would recommend !!

Last week i did a last minute colour and cut with a beautiful apprentice Chloe. I didn't expect to come out so fresh and beyond happy. Ara is a beautiful salon with a staff that is obviously very supportive and kind. This was my first time and I would recommend it to anyone! What a shire gem! Thank you Chloe & Ara hair - you excel!

I have been a client of ARA hair now for the past two years and I must say every time I walk in, I’m left feeling like I’m apart of their family.Each time I have had to take my little one with me and they have been the most patient and caring towards her. Not to mention how well they have done creating a beautiful, peaceful open space for all of their clients.I chose ARA to style mine and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding in feb and when I first looked at myself, I was speechless and felt quiet overwhelmed with emotions of the though “how can I possibly look this beautiful?” there’s something about having your hair and makeup done by a professional that makes you feel that little bit “extra”! Especially on your wedding day.The girls made the morning flow so well even with my power tripping, they ran on time and hyped us all up! I had booked an appointment in for getting my hair done (back to back foils, cut, blow dry and toner etc).Firstly the customer service and care was nil. The business is operated by immature girls that really don’t care about the job or the clients.Secondly I was having my hair done with little to no coverage at all. I was not happy with my hair once it was finished. I then rang them and sent through photos of the poor work. They only were going to re treat my hair once I got upset about the whole situation. Once I went back to have them look at it, they said basically if you want us to do anything there’s a good chance you will walk out of here with no hair. Very upsetting at the time so the ended up doing a few more foils. Still not happy with my hair.$460 dollars Ara Hair terrible.$200 dollars Walk in Hair dresser at Miranda Westfields did a better job.

I am so fussy with whoever does my hair and there is no where else in the world I will go other than ARA! I have been a customer for almost ten years and the quality is second to none! Ashton, Ashley and Renee have built an incredible business and are supported by an exceptional team that maintain consistent high standards across the board.From the moment you step into the salon through to your hair treatment and departure, you are treated like a stellar client. The girls listen to what you want but are also well educated enough to suggest excellent ideas for the best result.I cannot recommend ARA Hair highly enough and if you are yet to try, do yourself a favour and make a booking! You will not be disappointed and will be a repeat customer I am sure. I am yet to find a salon that compares.

I have been going to ARA for years and they always do such an amazing job. I’ve had a range of services done and they have listened to exactly what I wanted every time. The salon always looks beautiful and the girls always so nice.The massage chairs at the sinks is a nice touch.
