They were the perfect care agency. I requested for a bilingual care worker and they provided. They were timely and looked after my father when I was away working. Great service!

They are great at signing people up, but the care provided needs a lot work. They dont have any monitoring in place for thier clients, and family always needs to step in and pretty much do thier job for them! The cleaning and organizing is poor, and the service operators have every excuse under the sun for thier carers, cleaners and all involved. Try and find better. Unless you dont give a damn about your elderly family members. Or be ready for trouble, often!

Absolutely appalled with the lack of service and consistent incompetence of staff. Trying to speak with management to rectify and its literally impossible. Time to seek a new provider. Have given this organisation, far too many chances to get it right. I would not be recommending this organisation.

I needed someone urgently who spoke Italian after my dad came out of hospital so I could keep working. Eremea was able to provide a care worker the following day. Can't recommend them highly enough.

For God sake , how on earth i am paying big money for a coordinator and receiving nothing in return. My mother is 95 years old , she is living with Dementia apart from other health issues.My mother is on HCP level4 . My mother is a bed ridden and needs pull up pants . I placed an order and received the order on 19 -September 2022 (5 packs each pack contains 20 pull up pants). On 19 October 2022 i received a call from the coordinator and asked for another lot of pull up pants The answer was ( I will escalate a new order . I've been waiting to receive that order since then,On 23 October another phone call from the coordinator , i reminded the coordinator with the order placed on 10 October and the answer was ( I ordered the pull up pants) . Until this day i received nothing more than i will escalate and i ordered .My question to EREMEA is (((( can i change coordinator ))))? . If not ,then it's time to change provider who can deliver.

If you enjoy sitting on the phone as people pass the buck to other people in the team, contractors or the postman this is the infuriating hold music for you.They have been saying they would sort new contractors out for over two months to do my dad's lawns. Albeit the weather has not been favorable, however I would liken this situation to a waiter telling you, your lunch will be ready in five minutes, they tell you this every 10 minute, yet it is now four hours since you entered the restaurant.Frowned upon by the Neighbours, it is unfortunate that I have to resort to private gardening services and if the lawn is not done before dinner, I shall have to move home care providers.
