L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE

I would really like to highlight my experiences in the store with Mariam. She has been an incredible help to me each time I visit. Somehow she remembers me even by name and I don’t think I have every received better service. All of the staff are wonderful but Mariam has particularly blown me away. I would come back to this store just to see her. 5 stars!

I went in this morning and had the best service! I went in to get hand wash and have a look around. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about other products I was interested in and wasn’t pushy or overbearing! Beautiful shop with great staff.

EJ Yu and I are now best friends due to a knowledgeable, fun, relaxing time she gave me at L’occitane, will be back as a regular!

I came into this store on Mother’s Day, and the woman working was very genuine and lovely. She was helpful and knew the products well. My son was only wearing one shoe and she still treated me with the same respect and dignity I would receive if he was wearing 2 shoes. This was my first time in the store and I am extremely pleased with the high level of service. I highly recommend the store and will never be back. 5/5 stars.

First time going to this store to find a gift. The staff were beyond amazing. They were super helpful with educating me on their products and the brand itself. They made my shopping experience so lovely that I ended up going back into the store and purchasing myself some things too.

The way the clerk introduces the products makes people feel good, they don't force you to buy, and they don't talk too much to bother you

I can't speak highly enough of the experience I received today. It was my first time purchasing L'Occitane. I was greeted by a lovely young lady. All I purchased was a $15 clean hand gel but the service I received was definitely more than 5 stars! She went above and beyond with her service, treating me like I was spending $1000+. Thank you so much. This is the kind of service that will make me go back. See you soon.

I can highly recommend the exemplary customer service in this store. All staff are helpful, professional and welcoming but Stephanie is an absolute superstar. She is very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the products available. She has tried some of the products such as exfoliating hand scrub, followed by massage oil and hand and nail cream while delivering a mini manicure to my friend and I. There is no pressure selling tactics, but the products are so good, who can resist treating themselves! I love each visit to this store and would like to say keep up the great work Stephanie, as you are a real asset to this store, see you next time B and Sue.
