These guys seem to have fallen off the face of the earth. I have tried every method to contact them after waiting 6 weeks for an order that they told me would be sent 4 weeks ago. I can't even get a response to an email. They say they are currently closed due to covid but that doesn't fly because surely you can still respond to customers enquiries from anywhere there's a phone or a computer we been in a pandemic for years now. Go somewhere else for better service. I can't comment on their printing but the customer service is terrible.

These guys had really great reviews and their initial customer service was very good, so I went ahead and placed an order of 76 polos. That was back in March...and we are still waiting for our order. Since we placed the order, customer service has been abominable. Nobody ever answers emails or the phone, it's almost impossible to speak to someone at the Lightning Promotions. I called last week after chasing up our order AGAIN ( it was supposed to be dispatched mid-April and still hasn't arrived) and someone finally got back to me...though didn't have any information. She said they were moving warehouse, the order apparently had been completed, but she didn't know anything else. She was going to find out and get back to me that afternoon....five gold stars for guessing, nobody ever called back to let me know what was going on!! That was a week ago and I still have no answers - we're now nearing the middle of June. I'm fed up with chasing these guys to get answers and really disappointed. We've paid for our order, but I'm not sure we're actually ever going to see it?? I understand that people have been affected by COVID with sickness and product shortages and delays etc, but what is wrong with a little bit of COMMUNICATION? These guys really need to pick up their game. If I could give them 0 stars at this point I would.

After we placed our order, I happened to look at reviews. I got nervous as many aren't the best, but from my experience its the website & email correspondence that is letting them down. I didn't receive some emails at first, and they had to resend.My advise is to call as Allison was really helpful each time I called. We received our 14 shirts today, three weeks after placing the order, and they are exactly what we wanted.

Quite disappointed with the service received from this company. After a month of placing my order with the company, I still have not received it. I am not the one to write reviews and comment on peoples businesses but it needs to be shared so the company can improve their ways or other customers perhaps go somewhere else.I had ordered a hoody and soft shell jacket with my logo on both.. not a large order only 2 items. The ordering process was smooth and easy to pick items and add them to your cart with your logo etc.. not faulting this part.But, after multiple emails asking where my order is I got an email saying they that due to an oversight in our production team

Please DO NOT engage with them! This company has no idea how to run a business. I don't even know where to start, they took my full payment on 3rd of June 23, wasted almost 4 weeks with very poor customer service, they promise it will be completed within a week or max two. I have to ring almost everyday to follow-up on my order but no proper repones. I have to cancel my order, and how knows how long will it take to get my funds back. Very annoying and waste of my time.

Do not use this company. I ordered signs to be made and after a week they asked me when I needed them. I said asap and they replied that they cannot meet my needs after paying up front.They said they would refund that day. Two weeks later I had to follow up. Online chat doesn't respond and no one answers the phone. Rubbish customer service.

Very bad experience dealing with this company.The worst customer service, you can ever imagine.The lady with attitude problem.The order never get updated.. took almost 2 monthsto just heat transfer our 8 uniforms ( yes just 8 uniforms) and hence we have to keep email and call them to chase.Plus emailed us to pick up the uniform and when one of us reach there, the lady said the uniform not ready.. wasting time and effort.Overall this is the worst place to deal and make uniform ,. Never again...Plus Their business hours is so bad as well.. 11:00 to 4 pm

Absolutely shocking customer service. I never write reviews but l was misled into the same day printing advertising from this company. l was after simple staff T-shirts for my business. Weeks later no order, no update, no way to get in touch with this business. Ive emailed, tried calling no answer or over an hour on hold so l gave up, lve tried the live chat no response. DO NOT use this company . Ive no idea if lve just lost my money or will ever see the Tshirts.

Excellent customer service , quality of the work is second to none , a lot of attention is paid to the detail of what you want also leaving you highly satisfied with the outcome , I highly recommend you pop in if you're looking at putting your brand/company/sports team etc on anything. You will not be disappointed.Look forward to future business .

i'm very disappointed, after almost 1 month waiting for.i ordered (6 shirts) 4m and 2 x2xlonly (4 shirts) came2 shirt 2xland 2m2 shirts are missing. I hope you guys fix this because I'm out of shirts for the rest of my team!send an email with what happened, and still haven't gotten a responseOrder LPQ7107Waiting for an answer or I’ll have to request my rights.
