I purchased a Samsung s10 screen projector from them the next day it had slid off and the finger print scanner no longer worked. I went back they didn't want to help but finally did and replaced it with 3 screens while I waited and none of them worked or stuck down correctly. The last one they gave me and bassicly said deal with it has come off again 3 days later and when it was on still the finger print scanner didn't work. I believe they are selling extremely cheap and very poor quality products and would recommend going anywhere else if possible !!!!!

Repaired phone screen for questionable price and did not glue the screen properly. Screen came loose and cracked within 4 days. They refused to take ownership of this shoddy service and will not repair it under warranty. Do not use this service if you wish to use your ohone ever again.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!DONT EVER GET YOUR SCREEN REPLACED HERE!!!Had my phone screen replaced and within 2 weeks it had developed a crack from the speaker hole to the edge of the screen.They refused to replace the screen eventhough the one they had fitted was clearly faulty which they admitted to.They claim the screen is not covered by their useless and misleading warranty .Enquired at nearby phone store and was told they believe Itop use dodgey after market parts.Wasted $400 for nothing!Do not trust ITop with your screen replacements!!!

After seeing the other 'horror story' reviews below about this company I was going to completely avoid them, but three days ago, I went to their competitor in the same shopping complex to enquire about having the cracked Rear Camera Glass replaced on my Samsung S20 Fan Edition.The competitor was very helpful but unfortunately did not have the parts required in stock (Rear Camera Glass & replacement Rear Cover) and they were going to take a week to arrive.I was going to travel to Mount Barker to try my luck there but didn't want to go all that way just to be told the parts were also not in stock, so thought I would enquire with ITop on my way out of the centre.Turns out, the very friendly attendant had the parts I needed right then and there and quoted a price only slightly above their competitor. As both quotes were under $100, I thought I would take the risk and was nicely asked to come back in one hour.An hour passed, I returned, and was re-united with my phone, completely good as new!! The camera works perfectly again and you cannot even tell that any work has been performed!!I'm not sure I'd risk this establishment with a major fix (like a full screen replacement) based on other reviews given, but in my case, I couldn't be happier with the friendly service and great workmanship I received from ITop.I was that happy with the service I even purchased a Glass Screen Protector to replace the tattered one I had on my screen at the same time (took him about 30 seconds to fit) and now my phone looks completely brand new again! Well done ITop, and thank you!!

Would definitely not recommend get phones fixed here. Just had my iPhone XS max back screen replaced. First of all got told itll take one day an $100 then it became the day i handed it in to be fixed they said $150 an a week, still paid for it and waited. 2nd Not good quality and 3rd once I got home turned it on, mind you never had a problem with the phone before now it constantly turns off and on every few minutes. I assume it's the battery that they had done something to. Over all really unsatisfied and disappointed I now can't use my phone at all! Hoping a battery replacement will fix this.but definitely not from there!

I was unfortunate to break my screen. However I was in good hands with ITop phone accessories. ITop had my model glass in stock. 1½ hours later a new screen and frame and new glass back fitted to Samsung S10+. Very quick same day service. Very friendly excellent service. I love the new colour of my phone! Experienced expert repairs. It appears he has stock for screen replacement for most common models.He knows what he is doing.
