Purchased my first pair of Skechers at Hervey Bay. Now own multiple pairs, best shoes to purchase for comfort and wear. Work boots have lasted me through all work conditions. Always friendly and helpful service. Great experience and great product.

I’m generally not someone to leave a review but the customer service I received in the Hervey Bay store today was an absolute joke. Two staff members standing at the counter having a chit chat completely ignored myself and my partner. I had to approach them to ask if I could try on the shoes I wanted, my partners then had to go up the counter to request the different size I needed as they were more concerned with just standing there in their own conversation. Was honestly so awkward and such lazy service.

They may aswell close at 4:30. Went in there to buy some shoes at 5pm and was totally ignored, didn’t even offer toTry anything on. Came back in another day during the day and the same lady was more interested in talking her boyfriend than serving me again so I gave up and just ordered online. Never again

Attended the Hervey Bay store today. Waited in store for 15 minutes while the sales person served another customer. AT no time did the sales person engage with me at all. Not even to explain that she would be with me shortly, it was like I was not even in the store. Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced. I won't be shopping here ever again. If I could give less than 1 star I would

I had been to other shoe stores in Stockland Hervey Bay looking for work shoes (very rude service) so I walked out. I tried Sketchers today and was served by a lovely girl (Kyia). She was so friendly and helpful. One size was too small, next size a little loose so she solved it by giving me little sockettes to try. Problem solved. I found my work shoes with excellent customer service from Kyia ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was served by lyndall today for my daughter's new school shoes. She went out of her way and was so amazing and patient with our little kids also in store.

I went in today to get a pair of Skechers( recommended by daughter). There was plenty to choose from, all displays set up well & sales signs on each pair of shoes. Then I was informed they had just set up all displays early & sale wasn't till tomorrow. I said I can buy now at the sale price on the shoes though hey. The answer was no to get the sale price on them I have to come back tomorrow or pay the before/ full price today. I think I could have pushed it ( surely they have to charge the sale ticket on item) but didn't want to hassle the young girl so gave it a miss. Healthwise ( I use a walker/ cane) i won't get back in tomorrow.

Very helpful, fabulous staff. Order in my size shoe, had it sent to home, Burrum Heads qld, shoes arrived from Melbourne next afternoon.

Selling used shoes at full price - Paid $149 for white sketchers to get home and find out they have been worn. Underneath dirty and stains all around edges. No tags, no cardboard inserts. Spent a few hundred $$$ this week their and was disgusted by this. Took them back and was told they were displays and they are allowed to resell... gross. I didn't want to purchase display shoes that have had hundreds of different feet in them. Backs were soft from people trying them on . I'm sorry but this is digusting, wasted my time going back. No sorry no nothing. Check to make sure your shoes have tags, and cardboard inserts before leaving. These should of been half price considering they are NOT new. Won't be buying here again.

None of the sale priced shoes available in my size, a very common size 10. 2 sales people completely run off their feet in a popular busy store. One sales person said that most of the sale items go to the DFO store 3.5 hrs away unless I get them online. She then mentioned that different styles have different sizes so they might not fit. Skechers are very comfortable brilliant shoes but their store model is in my experience seriously lacking. Basically if you live outside the CBD take what you are given or nothing. Lost me as a customer.
