The Team at Phoenix Building Approvals are fantastic and display such high professionalism, whether its been on the phone, emails or the inspections. This is the first time I've used a private certifier and I can't imagine using anyone else. A massive thank you to Chris who has gone above and beyond for my job. I employed this company 6 years ago. I have been dealing with Charbel throughout the build and it seem to be progressing without issues. Due to issues outside of my control during the build, work was delayed. Work commenced again this year and time for an inspection. The company would not send someone out as the principle Certifier ceased work in December 2016. Phone conversation and emails with Richard and principal certifier were had and an agreement was reached where the company would assist. No longer than a week later Richard decided to change his mind and refused to assist. Not happy

We have been working with Phoenix Approval for serval years, they are always trustworthy and provide professional services from the beginning of CC all the way to OC. Inspections are well organized and always be there to clarify any questions. A good customer service makes the whole process time efficient and easy. Therefore, we would highly recommend them for an easy and quick approval process.And we look forward to working with this team again in the future.

I got introduced to them by my builder for approval of extension of my house. From day one thier advise was dishonest and only to get business for themselves. Only after they took my money they told me that for part of the extension I have to get a DA approval. I could have got everything done under DA instead of spending money for 2 approvals.Due to covid and other reasons beyond my control my extension was delayed. They extorted extra money of me for my final OC.Not to mention getting hold of them is a challenge, they hardly reply to phone or email. I have dealt with all Charbel, Cristina, Chris ..they only see their customers as ATM machine.Stay away from these selfish crooks.
