My latest experience here was a terrible one like some of the one and two star reviews below. I wish I had read them before I went into this business.I’ve been here twice before to see the same operator (the only woman there who wears glasses) and was happy both times. Returned yesterday and saw the same woman. This time however, something seemed off about her. She was extremely rude and condescending toward me when I told her in the most polite way possible that I was disappointed with the outcome. My brows looked completely different to how they did previously and were not even the slightest bit symmetrical. The staff member blamed my eyebrows for “growing out uneven” and said she’d need to make them thinner. I told her i’d rather she not touch them any further and i’ll just take my business elsewhere.Once I paid the full price and left the store, I immediately went to a competitor in the centre and luckily they have fixed up the mess created by the woman here.To the managment here: You really ought to take a good look at these reviews and learn a thing or two about basic costumer care skills. Stop being defensive and unprofessional when a paying client expresses their disappointment with your service. It’s amazing how just a bit of humility and empathy could’ve turned this situation around and kept myself (and some of these other reviewers) clients of your business. Instead, your attitude is clearly working against you and you’re losing out on loyal clientele. For that, I pity you.

i'd been here before to get my eyebrows done and they always did a pretty good job, so, today i went again to get my eyebrows done for my formal this friday. i SPECIFICALLY asked the woman to keep the the thickness and shape, but she completely butchered my eyebrows. they're uneven, stick thin and NOTHING like my chosen eyebrow shape. my friend also had a similar experience. beyond disappointed :/

My go-to brow place that never disappoints me. The brow artists are extremely kind and style my brows to how I like them. The brow massage at the end is my favourite part of the experience. Never have bad brows with these guys!

Girls are always friendly and are quick, careful and kind. I get full face, brows and tinting. I am always very happy with the result. The clinic is clean, new and the staff are well trained, the results are great and the products are quality. Best provider in Highpoint.

The girls at Ottoman3 Highpoint never disappoint. After moving to Melbourne several years ago I was nervous to trust new people to do my brows. They always do an amazing job and are so lovely especially Nav who just did mine! Definitely recommend.

Experience in threading and tinting is not consistent across all staff. I started going here about 6 months ago and always loved the results of my brows. My last 3 experiences (with one lady) here have been terrible to the point where I have walked out in tears, left with scabs/bleeding along my brow and a messy tint! Their services are no longer worth the money and I will not be returning.

Really great salon. Very smart inside, the attention to detail they go to is excellent! It can mean you wait a while but when it's your turn to have a massage you don't mind! Loved my eyebrows :)

I absolutely LOVE having my eyebrows threaded and tinted by the Ottoman3 team! Always walk out feeling incredible and always receive incredible compliments on my brows! I usually go to Highpoint but I checked out the South Melbourne store today which was absolutely gorgeous!

I have had my brows done here many times and have never been disappointed, it’s my go to for a thread and tint in Melbourne. The girls have always been polite and acknowledge my arrival even when they’re busy. Only reason I didn’t give 5 is because they always try and push other services & the prices have recently gone up. Not enough to deter me though.
