Have shopped here on numerous occasions, iittala glassware, some quality books as gifts. It's great we have such a range in little old Victor Harbor and I try to support local.Well, I dropped in a few days before Christmas (in my casual work attire) just for some Marimekko napkins for Christmas lunch...and the disgusted look I got! It was clear the woman serving was terribly inconvenienced by having to move 10 inches to serve me for some $12 napkins. She had to swap terminals, sighed deeply, couldn't be bothered to smile, say hello, thank you, goodbye, nothing. I walked out, in disbelief at the attitude. It wasn't particularly busy, mid afternoon.Thanks for the past service, but it's back to online for me for my iittala and Marimekko.

No customer service whatsoever. If you can't even greet one customer in your store while there's 2 of you working, there's something wrong. Beautiful shop with gorgeous products, but lacking in warmth & friendliness from staff.

Fun furniture homewares shop in the Victor Central shopping centre. Always an interesting array of home goods, especially suiting this coastal area.Bought a beautiful side table credensa with huge matching mirror, last year - looks fantastic on my landing.Nice shop, friendly and helpful staff.

Lacking customer service, the sales lady acts like she doesn't even want to serve you as it too hard for her . Would rather be on their phone or laptop.

Purchased cushions from living design to find when they arrived that it was the cushion covers only. I was very disappointed with customer service. The website was so misleading and after scrolling through my order I finally found the small print to say it was cushion covers only, at the price paid I would not have purchased these if it was made clearer from the main page. Their returns policy also leaves a lot to be desired as I’d end up owing them money if i wanted to return them with the outrageous returns fees and “Warehouse handling fee” buys be ware.

Gone down from original 5 star to 3 despite having bought a lot from here. Failed badly on service. Ordered and after confirmation of supply aid in full for an expensive additional outdoor table and chairs couple of months ago. On delivery day got a call at same time as truck pulled up to say that the chairs weren't there when we went to get them". No explanation. No real apology. No attempt to get them from around the store network. They still have our money but we have heard nothing since. We do inform all our visitors about the story. Very Disappointing

Bought a dining table on sale and absolutely love it. We spoke with a lovely lady in the store and delivery was arranged for 2 days later at a time which suited us. The guys who delivered quickly assembled the table, taking great care and took away all the packaging...wonderful as we had just moved house and were surrounded by boxes everywhere!

Love this shop- I visit each year on our holidays. Give the Victor Store a miss - the standard of customer service and friendliness is far superior at Port Elliott.
