Celebrating your child's wedding is always a special occasion, and my husband and I were lucky enough to host a private function at the beautiful Rose Room in Fortitude Valley. Our event manager, David, was an absolute standout, ensuring the night ran seamlessly and professionally. The food was plentiful and simply delicious, with drinks flowing throughout the evening. All staff worked tirelessly to provide excellent service and ensure our guests had a wonderful time. It truly was the perfect night celebrating such a joyous occasion. We are grateful to David and the entire team at the Rose Room for making our daughter's wedding one to remember.

A fabulous dining experience in every way.Booked a table for 2 at 10am on a Saturday morning. Expected place to be crowded but we had the outside area all to ourselves (it became a bit drizzly and we later moved indoors, where it was more crowded and far less quiet).2 friendly and efficient waitresses, very attentive. One had just started working there 3 days ago but was on the ball. We ordered the Sultan's Turkish Breakfast platter and thoroughly enjoyed every morsel. Extremely filling, had to leave behind a few bites of the beautiful bread and take away our (very sweet) baklava desserts in a convenient little box.(Alas one of the sourdough slices was burnt on the back, but the rest was perfectly delightful. Husband enjoyed his very first taste of gozleme, and I loved the goat's cheese. He was very happy to find mulberries in the fruit selection.)The Turkish coffee was mellow and the Turkish apple tea was splendid.Aesthetically pleasing laneway due to the profusion of pink floral decor which transformed a pretty ordinary lane into a magical foodie paradise. Not sure about the mural on the wall, looked a bit alarming and confusing, but it did add to the overall aesthetic. Would be cool to have a mural depicting Turkey.Clean and classy toilets available within the premises at the back left corner, with 3 shared sinks between the gents' and ladies'. Taps turn on automatically when you motion at the panel on the wall under the tap.

The quality of the food has definitely dropped since we last went there over a year ago. The sujuk and bread was served cold and the gozleme was event burnt. The sultan breakfast was expensive looking at the portion size. Other than the ambience, nothing else to be proud of.

For me, the Rose Room by far has been one of the most amazing experience in dining, presentation and customer service. It's not just your traditional" bacon and eggs Cafe

Very bad place.FirstIy went there only for the pink latte but they didn’t have it!Secondly, flies were fluttering everywhere because there were no doors to shut the entrance.Thirdly, pictures on instagram about the food where no where near the same.

We came here and got the banquet which was $32 each, and had a table of 15 people. There was hardly any food for the amount of people attending, and only one plate of some dishes. They were informed a few vegetarians were attending, and this was hardly catered for. The coffees also took 20+ minutes to come out.

Flies flying around, extremely noisy environment, too difficult to enjoy the food, even a cup of coffee. Hot chocolate was good. Amazing music but hard to hear since customers are chatting so loud. Quarrelling caused hard to swallow the food.

nice venue but the food is highly average and the prices outrageous for what you get.we had the French toast and breakfast pida, the french toast was nice (yet very sweet) but the pida bread was heavily over salted. Additionally the house made baklava has an oddly oily texture that was unpleasant, i suspect they used margarine or vegetable fats instead of butter. The Turkish apple tea was far closer to a mocktail soda than any tea, but was pleasant enough.in addition, we were behind a large table of some baby shower which were very loud, it was difficult to hear my partner.ultimately, a highly average experience with a cost far exceeding the quality of what you receive.
