I recently shopped at Elizabeth K in Double Bay and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service. The staff were very friendly, approachable and highly knowledgable about the products in their store, providing excellent recommendations and assistance. I Highly recommend visiting this store!

I had an appalling experience in this store. I had purchased a lovely Wolford dress from here previously. I went to the store on a second occasion and one of the sales assistant with black hair, cut just above the shoulders who was quite petite, was extremely rude and demeaning. I asked a reasonable question as to either whether I may be permitted to exchange the garment should it not fit correctly. She went on to interrogate and berate me for querying whether this would be possible and began divulging how the store had had poor experiences in the past with 'unusual exchanges'. I told her I had little interest in her other customers. I had been very reasonable and kind and only asked if exchanges were permitted for my own piece of mind. The garment that I was looking to purchase was an expensive investment and was to be apart of an evening ensemble so I merely wanted to be sure. The woman was extraordinarily snotty and nasty. There is a Wolford store in Sydney's CBD and I would highly recommend this store instead, otherwise, many of their pieces can also be found on farfetch for more reasonable pricing points. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I purchased online a pair of luxe 9 tights and without even being able to wear them have noticed from top to toe they are covered in pulls. The women from the store in Sydney called me to explain they don’t accept returns and kept interrupting me over and over to explain how they are the highest quality and extremely delicate. So délicate they cannot even be removed from the packet with extreme caution? I don’t think I’ve ever felt so disgusted or scammed from buying something. $50 for something that is unwearable. This is lunacy. Such a waste of money and my time. She went on to talk about dry skin even being an issue? For a start I don’t have dry skin so if you do don’t even go near these. Just don’t even go near this brand at all. I believe the only thing I got out of that irritating conversation is that these tights are not even wearable?

I haven't come across anyone quite like Takouihi from the Double Bay boutique. You can really trust she knows and understands what you are after. I live in Melbourne and I just phone orders through. She has got it spot on everytime! Just when I thought customer service no longer existed, Elizabeth K with the help of Takouhi really proved it definitely still exists! Thank you so much ladies! X

Elizabeth was so helpful, I love this store! I’m in Perth and spoke to her over the phone and she was so fabulous and I subsequently placed an online order. I hope to visit in person when I’m next in Sydney. I chose pieces from her vast Issey Miyake Pleats Please range and she posted them express. On arrival they were wrapped absolutely beautifully. most awkward shopping experience ever. the older lady with short black hair and red lipstick today attempted to size me and assured me that german sizes are fatter so i would fit fine in them… kinda intimidating and rude. she asked for my weight, not ashamed i answered, she continued to look me up and down. i am a size small i explain to her i already wear wolford, she asked where i get it from, i replied Selfridges, she gave me the side eye. at the counter she explained that the store doesn’t make the prices, she said it’s the head office that does…. i know… obviously… organisations usually do so. she kept pushing me to sign up to the email, i said i already have, she replied with no you haven’t, as if i didn’t see the mugler x wolford collab notification on my email, i didn’t want to argue or talk so i just nod.

Elizabeth K in double bay … what can I say. My whole shopping from the beginning to the end was exceptional. The young sales assistant with the dark blonde hair was extremely helpful to asking what I wanted to see and sizing me perfectly.They packaged my purchases so beautifully… the whole shopping experience was undoubtedly very successful.Thank you very much to the ladies at Elizabeth KXx

I recently shopped at Elizabeth K in double bay and was greeted with amazing staff. I have never experienced better customer service than this!It was outstanding going beyond what I expected, one of the lovely ladies Jessica who works at this store was super friendly, patient and helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed. I had a great experience shopping here and will most definitely be back to shop there. I highly recommend visiting this store.

The sales assistant in the short black hair was quite rude and unwelcoming.A few seconds after entering the shop I was checking one of their dresses, the sales assistant asked me if I know the garment and when I said no, she said this is not your style and you can’t find anything here.
