These shoes are absolutely incredible! Bought several pairs so far and will definitely buy more in the future. Most comfortable shoes ever worm and every pair exceeds expectation.

Rubbish product, shoes stitching came apart within first month of wear, steel toe started dropping down within 3 months. 1 year warranty is a joke, doesnt cover anything, once worn its wear and tear". Did the water proofing to the shoe as mentioned but was pointless

Very happy with my pair of Maddox Gore-Tex work boots. These boots are excellent quality, very comfortable and I have found the waterproof comparable with Gumboots. Stichkraft are also very friendly and professional to deal with. Can't recommend these boots enough. Do yourself a favour and get a pair.

Awesome shop. I decided to pop down in person as I've had trouble finding safety shoes that fit my feet for years now. Fantastic customer service, super friendly bunch. As someone with high arches I found my shoes to be comfortable straight away. They also sell insoles if I find I need more support. Very happy customer right here. Worth every cent.

Purchased a pair of Elten Sander Boa boots in December 2022, by January the threads on one boot had begun to unravel. I requested for a warranty claim that was rejected as “fair wear and tear”. One month later the same issue was present on both boots on each side. Another warranty claim was rejected as fair wear and tear. I do not recommend Elten at all anymore, the cost of the boots and the poor quality is absolutely a reason to avoid. Along with the terrible warranty. 0 out of 5 StarsIn response to Stitchkraft. Fair wear and tear would be an acceptable reason if it weren’t a month after buying the boots, or are they made to fail after a month of use? Either way the product and service is terrible and overpriced. To anyone reading this, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for quality, it doesn’t exist with Elten, either does service.

I now own 2 pair of these boots, a pair for work and at home as I do a lot of work around the house. I have been a Diesel Mechanic for over 30 years and have had a lot of boots in my time. These boots are comfortable right out of the box. I work FIFO so am on my feet 12 hours a day 14 days in a row and these are great.Not only are the boots great the customer service is even better.Highly Recommended.

Great company to deal with...Bridget is totally on to everything. I had a warranty issue and it was sorted with the minimum fuss and very professionally. I'll be buying my next boots here for a long time.

Bought the reaction BOA work boots the other week as I needed lighter safety shoes and they are so comfortable! Def a keeper. Very good customer service as well; instore and online.

Spent $278.00 on a pair of Elten Millow safety shoes. Wore them for 4 x 11 hours shifts and I ended up at my GP and a podiatrist with incredible pain and discomfort in my feet and ankles. I emailed them immediately and they never responded. Called them 4 weeks later and they said bad luck. Buyer beware.
