Sam and the Expert team were highly professional, efficient and did an exceptional job with my demolition. Having never built before, I didn’t know what to expect but Sam met me on the site to explain the process. His administration team promptly organised the paperwork and had permits ready very quickly. The actual demolition was completed efficiently and site left seamless in readiness for construction. I found Sam’s communication to be wonderful and he was absolutely lovely to deal with. I certainly will not hesitate to engage Expert for my next project. Thank you Sam!

I recently have Expert Demolition demolish my house for a rebuild. They were extremely easy to deal with and were very professional in their approach. Sam, the owner was even kind enough to remove some rubbish and furniture that I had left behind, without charging me any extra. I highly recommend them.

I used Expert Demolition to do a strip out and partial demolition of a house I was renovating as an owner builder.From getting me a quote quickly to starting works the day after I got the permit and working with me around temporary works where I needed to prop the facade, I cannot fault them.Thanks to Sam and the team!

Expert Demolition
Once again, Sam and his crew have done an amazing job.As a builder I need to know that the demolition will be completed on time and in a professional manner. This was certainly the case on my recent job in East Malvern.The key for me is that we have all of the in-ground pipes, roots, bricks and footings totally removed. This was definitely the case on this job.I highly recommend Expert Demolitions and will certainly be working with them again in the future.

Expert Demolition are the most brilliant, respectful people. Our job was difficult but they turned up every morning and worked very hard. They were calm, friendly and in total control. They were very considerate of the neighbours. Adam and his crew were super friendly and very lovely people. We were extremely happy with their work. They made the experience stress free. They cleaned up and left the rear yard levelled. Very happy and absolutely recommend Expert Demolition.
