No probs, just solutions. We knew, what we wanted, & Stuart was with us, all the way. He had the answers, often before we asked. We visited the place, a couple of times, & Stuart, & the Office team, were there, & everything was smooth sailing. There was never any pressure, we were in the area, for only a short time, & as I said, we wanted things to move quickly. And that they did. 30 days. Boom. Had we wanted more time, I know we had it. But we were pushing. Stuart & staff were there, & things flowed along beautifully. This is only the 2nd house we've ever owned in Oz, & we are very happy with the result. Thanks again, Stuart & Team.
