Rude customer service! The guy on the phone had zero customer service skills. I would not say Mycar is bad just odd one working makes it bad for rest of all. Train your staff to understand customer needs better we are all stressed out and under the pump! 1 star review is just because of one guy who really got on my nerve!

I was greeted by Owen, who guided me through the essential service option. I am not very knowledgeable about cars however, Owen was a great help and very easy to talk to. Overall, I am quite happy with the helpful staff and the services they provide.

Mechanic was friendly, helpful, and punctual. Cost was less than quoted which was a bonus! Checked and fixed my engine (omissions/ engine light was lit up) free of charge. Very happy and would recommend MyCar Fountain Gate without hesitation.

Quick repair of my tyre for $39 and replaced it on the car and returned the spare under the car. No fuss. Plus they cleaned for me a bolt that holds the spare in place - it was so rusted that it couldn't be fastened - at no extra charge. I'm grateful.

I went to mycar in Fountain Gate to have my tyres changed. The price was reasonable and Mr.Owen in the office was very helpful and explained everything in detail. The service guys was very understanding and courteous.
