They sold this bread as “cream cheese bagel” but it is NOT cream cheese - it’s whipped cream and it is NOT a bagel - it’s a dry brioche. The disappointment after my first bite was indescribable!! I also had a massive stomach ache after I ate this r.i.p.

Love the taro latte and peanut flavoured bread. Like breadtop but great selection of drinks. No flavour in the English breakfast tea however, very white and milky.

We loved our Iced Lattes. Strong and smooth! I was surprised at the size. We all shared cheesecake. So yummy!!I love this place!!

If there was daylight robbery and bloody rip-offs is the Lab. Sydney prime spots don’t charge what they charge take your cakes and eat them yourselves. Seriously bloody ripping people off.

Update in early March-23:I am lowering my rating to 2 stars due to finding a hair in the blueberry cake. Despite seeing other reviews mentioning hair in cakes, I didn't pay much attention until I discovered it myself. My review serves as evidence that hair does exist in their cakes. Previously, I rated their bread 5 stars, but now my overall rating is 2 stars. It is unfortunate that they do not maintain a hygienic workspace for cakes, and this is unacceptable.Review in Feb-23:Bread is good. Worth it!

Best for takeaway because the seating isn’t very comfortable. They have a wide selection of Korean bread, cakes and pastries wrapped individual to take home. The coffee is average but the cakes are nice.

The customer service was good with friendly staffs. There was a bit of a wait to order but nothing too major. I ordered 3 pieces of cake - strawberry, mango and taro. Unfortunately, the taste was very mediocre, in fact very below average. There are so much cream and the cake was dry and when you have it together, you just taste cream. After a few bites, it becomes very heavy because of the excess cream. I was very excited to try them out but they are not worth the price that I paid for. I will not be coming back.
