Ridiculous customer service. Sent a bike to our son in Qld. Bike was taken apart for packing and sent without the bolts to put the bike back together. After taking over a month to get there + getting lost. Paid 400$ for nothing. The nature of our sons work means he is not able to easily visit a bike store to buy new parts to fix. A 1000$+ bike rendered useless.

When you carry your parcels in and are told by the person in the store you will be disappointed". I was! I was also angry and frustrated. The pack and send could not send my parcels. There was an internet issue. That was bad enough but there was no concern or other solutions available. NOT HAPPY. Maybe ring before you go

Should have more staff. I was waiting there for a long time because the only staff was in the bathroom leaving the desk unattended
