You won't find a harder working family...Ryan and Kayte are a great team!! Ryan was very patient/thorough during the design process and the end product was exactly what I imagined.Thank you guys...we love our extra storage and my coke collection is so happy to be finally released from storage after 30 years!!!! :)

Thank you to Kayte who personally sat down and spent unlimited time with me to help me decide on colours for my new kitchen and used her design expertise to guide me in the right direction. If I could give no stars, I would. Was told id be called back after 15 minutes....still waiting for that call back over 24 hours ago. Have gone there.. conveniently the guy I spoke to wasn't there. Was told that they'd get him to call me as soon as he got back in...again, still waiting. Rang again today and left a message. Again, still awaiting a call back. Would not waste my time with this company"."

We had our kitchen done by Custom Built Cabinet Makers and they were fantastic. At the start I had no vision of what I wanted my kitchen to look like, but I knew I wanted it to be modern and make use of the space that we had. Ryan and Kayte were so helpful in designing and creating that vision and I just love how it has turned out. Kayte went out of her way to make sure she helped us in every aspect, from materials, colour scheme and appliances. She really made time to go with us, making sure that we were given plenty of options and we were 110%happy with everything we chose. Most companies don't offer this kind of prestige service, but they actually do care and love what they do. Ryan was amazing. When he said to us he can make it happen, that was an understatement. The lengths he went to just to get our stone bench and and appliances to the second floor to our kitchen was pretty unbelievable. And ofcourse, I can't leave out the rest of team....who were all respectful of our home, very well mannered and very hard working. We would like to thank you guys again for the excellent work you have done for us and we would highly recommend the workmanship, quality and great service that you provide....Keep doing the amazing work you do!

Ryan replied to my original enquiry via the website within hours. He made a time to come out to do proper measurements for a custom standalone bookcase and arrived within the window that he gave us. The bookcase was completed and delivered well within the timeframe given, and we are extremely happy with it.

We dealt with Ryan and his team through an incredibly stressful time, the pandemic hit and we had a newborn, but we all pulled through.Strong positives are his whole team are friendly and professional. The end result is really something else.I would say if you really know what you want, you'll end up with it, Ryan listened and made changes even in install when something wasn't how I'd imagined it.I am really enjoying my kitchen and laundry and I'm certain I'll continue to for a very long time.
