I would like to thank the Dr Sanjit for his remembering to ask me questions from my last visit and checking my current physical and mental health.Whilst it was a long wait I can understand that the clinic does a good job.I was well cared for too by Adrian in the patient care front line on arrival and I was made feel considered when I left.

Have been here a couple of times, both experiences have left me feeling shocked about the current state of our GP medical system. I will not go back here again.First visit, was told I would be bulk billed for a Care Plan. Doctor would not give me Care Plan because I had only been to the clinic once before. Then tried to charge me for an extended consultation after I did not receive any kind of medical service or advice at all, nothing. I was in the waiting room for about an hour before all of this. I questioned the doctor charging me for a Long Consult and was visibly annoyed, so the doctor reneged and told me not to worry about it. After leaving the doctors, I was asked to come back to pay for the consult, at which point I said that I did not receive any service.Second visit, I went for a simple ear clean. Again, waited over half an hour even though the doctor was in his room the whole time with no patient (I could see from the waiting room). When I entered his office, he had me in and out the door in less than 30 seconds, probably more like 20 seconds after he had a quick look in my ear. I did not even have time to ask my second question before he was out the door bellowing at me from down the hall. After the nurse, who was lovely, finished cleaning my ears, the doctor took another look, which again would have been no more than 20 seconds. He proceeded to charge me $85 for this appalling service. Meanwhile he was again yelling at me from down the hall, with the kind of medical product I should be using so that all of the staff and people in the waiting room could hear what he was saying about my Confidential Medical Information". The reception staff and nurses are lovely and great

I am very happy with every aspect of my visit to The Nundah Village Family Practice Centre. The staff at the counter were friendly, approachable and helpful and Dr Dungerwaller was caring, professional, knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and took care of my health issues. He gave me the help I needed.Thank you for your care!

Doctor very thorough.Had to pay for a mask which I felt was inappropriate as they should supply them if that is their policy.Web page needs to be clearer on services offered. My concern couldn’t be dealt with despite it being listed as a service so now need to go to another doctor. As with most practises now, very expensive to make health a priority.

Have mixed feelings about the clinic. I’ve visited many times and it was great. Today was different. My appointment waiting time was half an hour. The doctor was giving me a lot information and I asked a few times to write this information down as it’s hard for me to remember everything at once. She didn’t really write much which made the given information not usable as I left the room being confused. Didn’t feel like I was heard at the appointment. No hard feelings for the clinic just today’s experience was not a 5 star one.

Today was my first visit to the Nundah Village Family Practice. The reception people were very friendly and helpful. All together a very cheerful and comfortable waiting area as well. My new doctor was also very helpful and efficient. We both were able to ask and receive the right information necessary. Good place to be when you’re not feeling well.

Online booking makes finding a suitable time easy. The practice is efficient and friendly. We've had all 5 of our Covid Vaccinations there and highly recommend them.

I have been attending this practice for 28 years. I was asked to complete a review following myappointment on the 11/1/23 to collect an ultrasound result. The GP was 40 minutes late (yes, I do understand how that happens) and no apology was forthcoming. I received my results during a very brief consultation and was advised by the receptionist that I needed to pay the full fee. I informed her that I was just collecting results, as I was told to do, but she insisted I pay the full amount.I have collected results many times over the last 28 years and only paid the medicare rebate.

I had so many negative encounter in this clinic and always given them the benefit of the doubt. The last one, however, was the most disrespectful interaction of all.I needed a referral and was told to book and pay for consultation to get a referral. The first time I was denied the referral and was coerced to have the evaluation in their clinic, which don’t have the specialized experience or equipment for certain treatments. This made the evaluation the worst experience ever. The second time, I insisted on the referral and the doctor argued with me and said I was disrespectful not trusting their ‘expertise’. Firstly, he was 15 minutes late and no curtesy apology. Then he argued with me for 5 minutes and wanted to charge me for a long consultation. This clinic is one of the worst and a complaint is currently sitting with the OHO and QLD Health
