Boonah Carrying Co

I recently had a bad experience with Toll, who had used Boonah Carrying as a forwarder. Toll mucked me around for weeks because they lost one of the pallets, which caused me a lot of grief and bad will from my customer. They had taken days and still weren't responding with any updates, which meant they either couldn't find it or couldn't be bothered looking for it. I made 1 phone call to Boonah Carrying and my issue was resolved in 5 minutes! Highly recommend this company if you want some care factor in your freight situation. I was treated with good old fashioned courtesy, this company clearly values their clients, unlike the big companies who couldn't care less!

I use Boonah transport for my business. Their customer service is great. But the best is they look after my goods well.

It has so far taken over two weeks for our overnight package and is yet to be delivered. Absolutely disgusting lack of customer service and no communication. Never allow your package to go near these people.
